The property is located in a quiet and residential neighborhood, but at the same time within walking distance from the Central Station, the starting and arrival point of multiple public transportation to reach the main points of interest in Milan, airports and other Italian cities.

- LAUNDRY AREA with washing machine and dryer.
- LIVING ZONE living room with double sofa bed with access to small balcony.
-Large closet in hallway.
-BEDROOM with double bed and closet, TV and "en suite" bathroom with shower and bidet;
-Second bathroom near the living room with shower and bidet.
Additional amenities available to guests: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, hair dryer, kettle, mocha, one Split A/C for each room.

It’s difficult for me to write a review for Matteo’s place because we couldn’t stay there on account of the cold. I called Matteo to ask him to please give us some heat, but he refused and gave us some lame excuse about why he couldn’t turn up the heat because it’s a law in Milan. The radiators were ice cold and remained that way. I see in the previous comments that someone complained about the heaters being broken. Therefore, they were aware of this situation and did not fix it. He was curt when I asked him to please give us some heat. There weren’t even any extra blankets provided. We had to spend two nights in hotels because it was simply too cold to stay at Matteo’s.

In case of non-agreed use of extra linen, €15 will be charged for each linen kit used. - Respect for quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Check-ins beyond 9:30 p.m. and until 11:00 p.m. will require an extra charge of €25. We are unable to check in beyond 11 pm. The building is equipped with NO elevator. In case the power goes out, it is necessary to contact the host.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
