-Large closet in hallway.
-BEDROOM with double bed and closet, TV and "en suite" bathroom with shower and bidet;
-Second bathroom near the living room with shower and bidet.
Additional amenities available to guests: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, hair dryer, kettle, mocha, one Split A/C for each room.
PLEASE NOTE: Work is underway near the property, so there may be some noise.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

1. Host is very responsive which i think is run by a company. 2. However, it cannot solve a fairly important thing for me which is the heater / radiator does not work at all. I stayed here for 4 days without any heater and it is Nov in Milan which is quite cold. They try to fix it but failed and there is no other solution. 3. Inherently, the air BNB has a noisy neighbour. The neighbour always play band music until 2am in the morning. When i try to talk to the host, they simply tell me reaching out to the neighbour which i dont even know Italian. 4. If you are a quiet sleeper, your downstairs is a restaurant. Two fold - convience for getting food; sometimes crowded and noisy at late night 5. While the check in video is only sent when i arrive, there is a little bit of waiting time and i am not sure why the video can only be sent that close. (may be that is because of security) 6. Everything inside is fairly new with quite a lot of space. 7. it is walking distance to central station

Although it is the first time I have travelled to Europe, the answers to my questions from the host were very reassuring. The apartment is impeccable, modern and tasteful. It just has stairs and that's inconvenient when carrying suitcases up. But you forget when you open the door to the apartment, I liked it, recommended. Thank you

Our stay was lovely! We couldn’t recommend enough and plan to use this same Airbnb for any future Milan trips! The photos don’t do justice of how big the apartment really is. We had four people staying here, and both the main bedroom and sofa bed room were spacious, clean and comfortable, the sofa bed was also pre-made for our arrival. We will definitely return!

The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations. Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours daily from October 15 to April 15. In case of non-agreed use of extra linen, €15 will be charged for each linen kit used. - Respect for quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Check-ins beyond 9:30 p.m. and until 11:00 p.m. will require an extra charge of €25. We are unable to check in beyond 11 pm. The building is equipped with NO elevator. In case the power goes out, it is necessary to contact the host.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
