Comfortable and bright 25 sqm studio apartment, located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT elevator, just outside the center of Milan, 800m from the Pasteur M1 red line metro stop which leads to Piazza Duomo after only 5 stops!
The accommodation is in a residential area of the city, with many clubs and restaurants of Italian and ethnic cuisine close to home.
Paid parking on blue lines (free at night, on Sundays and public holidays).
The space
The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building without a lift. It is accessed via an external balcony shared with other tenants: the view is on the internal courtyard, therefore very quiet.
The apartment consists of a single room divided into a sleeping area with double sofa-bed and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, microwave, refrigerator. Bathroom with shower box.
At guests' disposal there is a terrace shared with other guests, but with a table, chairs and umbrella for private use.
Additional services: unlimited WIFI, central heating, split AC, washing machine, TV (NO SMART TV)

The stay was great! The place was clean, nice, and as described. The small balcony is really nice. For the entrance, the system with the phone for the keys is super simple and efficient. The host explained the operation very well and was available. I highly recommend it!
