The stay was great! The place was clean, nice, and as described. The small balcony is really nice. For the entrance, the system with the phone for the keys is super simple and efficient. The host explained the operation very well and was available. I highly recommend it!

4-day girls' getaway. We felt good in the apartment despite the fact that the neighbourhood did not inspire confidence (many staring looks and cars that slow down when passing by us regardless of the time). The accommodation was clean and functional. It is a 10-minute walk to the metro that leads directly to Duomo (one of the busiest squares)

The accommodation was exactly like in the pictures – clean, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The communication with the host was great, very prompt and efficient. We had a good time inside the apartment. The only minus would be the area around which is not very neat – the streets are quite dirty

The apartment was relatively clean, quite acceptable for Milan. Check-in and check-out are quick and convenient, and the host always responds quickly. The area is quiet and it is a 30-minute walk from the central station. Despite this, it could improve in several aspects. To begin with, the pillows on the bed, the mattress was not very comfortable, even so it can be understood as a sofa bed, but the pillows were quite unpleasant and I think it is a fundamental aspect for the price you pay. In addition, the bathroom leaks water in several areas and there is little availability of soaps considering that we stayed 4 days. Lastly, the air conditioning did not work properly, having to keep it at a minimum for it to work half the time, so its use was not effective.

Apartment not too far from Loreto and Pasteur, cozy and minimal, as shown in the photo. Easy and independent check-in and check-out via self check-in. Everything is very clean, essential amenities. Once the sofa bed is opened (the mattress is not very comfortable), the spaces are really limited. The bathroom is very small and there are no spaces or places on which you can also rest a beauty with everything you need. Price: Ok, considering the prices in Milan

It was a cozy place to stay and looks just like the pictures. In the same street you will find a gym and a supermarket so you can do that all super close and save time of your trip to do other activities. Also its a cool hip neighborhood showing a more alternative side of Milano

Great place for a few nights. Small but with all the amenities needed. Very clean. The door lock was a little bit complicated at first but fine when you get familiar. I was afraid that in case I lose my phone or if it gets stolen, there would be no way of entering the apartment. A lock with a keypad would be a much safer bet I think. all in all, worth considering!

The apartment is nicely decorated, well suited for 2 persons and clean. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Unfortunately, we were unable to enter the AirBnB directly because the electric door needed wifi. This did not work during our stay. We were only able to enter the AirBnB by means of a second key after 20 minutes of waiting time. For the lack of internet, we have received a refund of €15. Communication with CleanBnB was good. All in all a beautiful AirBnB. It would be worth 5 stars if the internet and door lock would have worked.

It's like the pictures. It wasn't very clean. Close to the subway and the supermarket. The password they gave us for the door never worked, but the link to a virtual key they sent you worked well. They respond quickly with any issues

Room itself was fine, however the floor was very dirty. Showerhead was attachted with tape so not stable at all. Bathroom floor looked like a pool after showering. Towels had strange looking stains. Kitchen tools were diverse and clean. Host was very kind.

This is the worst air BnB I have ever stayed in. I checked in and went to the bathroom for a shower first thing and there was no hot water at all in the winter. The radiator (heater) wasn’t heating at all and froze so much in my little nap. On the second night, we got locked out of our room. The code for the door wasn’t working considering the fact that they gave us 2 codes for the door when there should only be one anyway. We called and called the number they asked us to call whenever there is an emergency and there was no response at all from this team. We got locked out for 3 hours and had to book a hotel nearby that cost us half what we spent for the air BnB. On the third night, we woke up in our hotel and contacted the host for the air BnB and made us wait almost 2 hours for someone to come open the door for us. And when we finally got inside, he had to clean the walls of our air BnB on top of fixing or charging the door lock. Very silly for these mistakes to be made by BNB.

Nice place to stay, fast internet, great hot water pressure. The only problem is that it's very cold, just impossible, we sat in shoes and jackets at home. Because of the cold, it's also very damp, everything is always wet. So I can't recommend this place for a long stay, but for 1-2 nights it's a great option

The instructions to get in and use of code is very good, no need to keys ets. However the place was not clean when we arrived, bathroom needs real deep clean, there was mould in the shower. Shower head is broken - when I looked at reviews it seem it was also broken few months ago - so still not fixed. Location is ok, but it takes about 12mins to walk to metro, supermarket is only 5min away, and Church 3mins away. We could smell cigarettes so someone must have been smoking inside, you can also smell damp when walk in. The plates and cooking pots in the kitchen were also dirty, greasy. I think the whole place in need of nice deep cleaning. There is no kettle to make yourself tea or coffee, a bit inconvenient in the mornings, or cold night when you coming back from cold.

The accommodation is great to reach by public transport. The host answers quickly and is mostly clean. The furnishings of the kitchen could be a little better but satisfactory. Air conditioning and bathroom are perfectly fine( at most a little tight). Otherwise, we were very please about our stay at the AirBnB

It is a nice small clean appartment! The terrace is really private (you have your own part of it). Relativly close the the Central and only around 10 minute walk to the subway. The communication from the host is good and Quick! The only bad thing is that the bathroom smells of mold. We kept the door closed, bathroom window open, during the stay, and then it was fine unless you were in the bathroom. Overall a great place to stay for a couple of days!

We had a nice stay in this airbnb. Even though the room was quite small, the little terrace in front of the room was very nice to enjoy our breakfast in the sun. Overall it is very quiet area and we liked the urban district, especially the Bar Basso ;) Unfortunately there was some water leaking in the bathroom and you have to know that the bathroom is very very small. There were some things that were broken (for example the bathroom door handle and the shower head, which couldn’t be attached but needed to be hold with one’s hands), which was a bit annoying. Also, the dishes were dirty. We would have liked some pepper, salt, tea, coffee - some basics. The bed was comfortable but very soft (which I personally liked). It was creaking though. Other than that we enjoyed our stay a lot :) Thank you, Matteo!

We had a super pleasant stay, Mateo was very attentive to our arrival from the beginning and we had no problems. The room is as seen in the photos, it is a super comfortable and super affordable place, if you want to be close to the center without spending money. What we liked the most was the simple fact that it had heating, at the time when we were very cold and getting to the apartment was very nice since you got warm very quickly because of the heating. We left very happy from there, if I had to go back to Milan I would stay in the same place without hesitation.

It is farther from the center of Milan than I thought. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station. It was tidy and inexpensive, but I had a problem with not having hot water well after using hot water for a certain amount of time.

Missing sugar and tea/coffee but everything else was plentiful! Really nice cleaning lady we met when checking out :))

We were guests from 2 to 6 December 2022, the host was super flexible for check-in, the disinfected towels were very appreciated ( you could smell it) and the presence of a hairdryer , iron and washing machine. Always quick and accurate answers if you have any questions Good location, about 13 minutes walk from the red metro line, essential to quickly reach the city center and tourist places

I had an extended weekend with my girlfriend in the apartment and it was great for the purpose. It was very clean and a nice size. There is a nice kitchen but we just used it to make coffee on etc. We had a single work day at the apartment and we were able to sit two people and work in the apartment. The apartment is not located in the most charming area of Milan, but it's both fine with shopping and restaurants-and it's close to the metro, so it's easy to get to other parts of the city. There is also a park nearby where we ran for a run. All in all, recommendable

The apartment has everything you need for a trip. We were also met by a nice man who told us about the apartment. We also noted the creaky sofa and dirty dishes. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Host (Matteo) was very quick to explain, starting from the stairs, after telling us “there is also the elevator” where we went up having our suitcases after several attempts to start it, he told us “you need the key to go up on foot”. He explained the apartment very quickly without indicating the presence of the Phon, the vacuum cleaner and high things that we "discovered", he indicated that he only use the wall heating also because the air conditioner did not provide us with the remote control. Discreet cleanliness in the corners of the bathroom where there was a bit of dirt but otherwise being so small and difficult to clean (it will be 1m wide). The sink is necessarily small, otherwise you can't go from the toilet to the shower. If you turn on the entire faucet, you can get wet. To wash my teeth, I had to lean and being 1.72m high I had to leave the door open otherwise I was impossible in the movement. Inside the bathroom, there's toilet paper in between them to avoid moving them. In place of the bidet, there is a shower but it is almost useless since the pot is always small in size for the small space of the bathroom. I had a problem the first night with the power meter which made a disruptive noise of death, communicated to the Host the next day with a video, he said not to hear the noise and then with a second video where the noise was even more obvious, he called the maintenance man but he did not tell me when he would come if not approximately, in fact, the maintenance man (kind and courteous person) came while I was intimate without notice from the host. He immediately understood the problem and was unable to resolve it immediately. He found a solution. The property is a 15-minute walk from Loreto metro M1/M2 and 10 minutes from Pasteur M1 metro. The first easily connected to the accommodation thanks to the No. 55 bus that can be taken both to and from the uncovered metro thanks to the Moovit app because the host did not tell us anything.

I stayed in thisapartment with my cousin for a couple of days and we had a really good time. Matteo was very kind and despite the wait (due to traffic and delays) between buses and cars to get to the apartment, he explained everything to us in detail. Very clean house, arranged and suitable for staying in Milan for a couple of days. However, it is close to metro stations (15 minutes walk) and well connected with the different lines. I will consider thisapartment for my next stay in Milan, I hope very soon. I fell in love with Milan to think about moving in
