The internal space is organized as follows:- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs, split A/C, access to the small balcony;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, moka, fridge, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle and various kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM with double bed, clothes rack, drawers under the bed, small desk and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, washing machine, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY with access from the living room and equipped with a small table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, first aid kit, vacuum cleaner, central heating, air conditioning (1 split in the bedroom and 1 split in the living room), iron and ironing board, drying rack, hangers, hairdryer and wine glasses.

Huge bedroom. Extra blankets. AA although I did not use it, the temperature inside was very pleasant, even though it was 1 degree outside. Lots of sockets. Clothesline to hang up washed clothes. Be careful, the washing machine is moving!Cleaning products. There was no laundry soap. I had some left over, I left it in the bathroom cabinet next to the toilet. I would live there without any problems! If I go back to Milan, I'll rent it again.

We stayed at the address for 4 nights. Following the instructions sent to us by the host, the address was easy to find. They had also sent us a video showing how to use the locks for the door which was very handy. Once going inside the place was clean and the photos matched the listing. The address was right on the Navigli canal. It was also a short walk to the Genova stop on the metro which had great links to get about in the city centre. There was only a few slight problems with the address however nothing major. When using the kitchen items it appeared they were not cleaned properly and we had to wash them before use. We were unable to find a plug to use the kettle in due to it being a two prong european socket. We had Italian adapters for British plugs which was unfortunate. Finally when using pillows there appeared to be a few yellow stains on them. However on the whole I would recommend this address for anyone looking to stay in Milan. Thanks for having us in your apartment!

The accommodation is very good, the only concern is that there was no hot water when I arrived. The team was very responsive and solved the problem in the evening. The other disturbing point is that the neighbours were doing work to the point where they made a hole in the wall... This is not the fault of the team that manages this apartment, and I thank them because they have been very responsive, but there are points that made my stay less relaxing than expected. But I still recommend this apartment when the neighbour has finished the work :)

Good location, near to restaurants and bars in Navigli. Bus stop outside of the building which goes to Duomo until late in the night! Also a metro station is closed, 10 min walk from the apartment. Overall good location and nice apartment for two to 3-4 people. I recommend staying in this area for your trip to Milan, as it is a very beautiful location and the area is full with restaurants and bars that are very nice and not quite expensive.
