The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs, split A/C, access to the small balcony;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, moka, fridge, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle and various kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM with double bed, clothes rack, drawers under the bed, small desk and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, washing machine, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY with access from the living room and equipped with a small table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, first aid kit, vacuum cleaner, central heating, air conditioning (1 split in the bedroom and 1 split in the living room), iron and ironing board, drying rack, hangers, hairdryer and wine glasses.
