The apartment is located just 600 meters from the "Crocetta" metro stop (M3 - yellow line) direct to Piazza Duomo in just 2 stops, the accommodation boasts a highly strategic position.
The property consists of two levels with an open kitchen, two double beds and a bathroom.
- LOWER LEVEL with open kitchen (gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka, kitchen utensils and wine glasses) and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed and desk on the lower level and UPPER LEVEL with double bed, chest of drawers and split A/C;
- BATHROOM inside the BEDROOM on the lower level with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, autonomous heating with Perry thermostat, split air conditioning (in the mezzanine bedroom), hairdryer, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them.
ATTENTION. There is an internal staircase between the living room and the mezzanine bedroom (please pay attention if you are traveling with small children).

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

This place was great. It was in a beautiful building with a coded gate for access. Everything was within walkable distances and the surrounding restaurants were super friendly and delicious. We did have troubles with the hot water system, but the host was responsive and had a technician come out straight away to fix the problem. Would highly recommend this apartment

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
