The apartment of about 45 sqm is located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift.The internal space is divided as follows:
- SLEEPING AREA with foldaway double bed and large wardrobe;
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, moka, oven, kettle, fridge under the top with freezer;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, Smart TV, split A/C, access to the furnished balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and sink;
- BALCONY equipped with table and two wooden chairs
- Second BALCONY.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE: Fastweb unlimited WIFI, central heating, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
- For check in after 9.30 pm and until 11.00 pm a supplement of 25 Euros is required. We are unable to check in after 11pm.

Very nice house, clean and with attention to detail. The only negative note was that it was cold because it was 3 degrees during the day and there was no remote control for the air conditioner and the radiators could not be turned on, because the owner had installed a thermostat that can be turned on and off remotely. Unfortunately, it is impossible to communicate with the owner because the house is managed by a company that manages holiday homes and even the latter did not know about this change.

The best place I've ever stayed. The service was great. The stay was super nice. The weather combined with the week of my stay. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and next to the metro stop + the train station. Super good 🥹 A pity to have to say goodbye to my apartment, I would take it again

The apartment was cute and private. The location wasnt quite what I was expecting, It wasnt super convenient to get to transport and there wasnt really much around the apartment so I ended up paying for taxis to get around. Next time I would book something more central. I was worried from past reviews that the wifi wouldnt work but it was fine. The apartment was clean and tidy and the host was very responsive.
