Super central stay in a beautiful location. The flat is located in the building attic which has very low ceiling and a noticeable smell and presence of mold (especially in the bathroom) due to limited air and day light coming through. Overall, the flat reflected the images shared and was in a great location.

We had a nice stay; the apartment is in a very good location. However, we found numerous piles of dust and hair on the floor behind the furniture or in the sockets. When we arrived, there was a puddle of water under the toilet. We sent a message to Morena to find out if this was normal, but we didn't get a reply. We still had a nice stay thanks to the location of the apartment.

We left because my husband had an asthma attack due to the humidity in the area. I told him about the situation and asked if there could be any refund, and he only replied that he was sorry to hear that and that I should turn on the air conditioning. Given the situation, I couldn't wait, and 2–3 hours after checking in, we left; my stay was supposed to be for 2 nights.

If you want a stay in an EXCELLENT location, this is the choice! I stayed in Milan for a few days, and the location of the studio completely transformed my experience, as everything is in Brera – including good restaurants and the Pinacoteca – or at most a 15-minute walk away, including the Duomo! The flat is quite small, but honestly, that didn’t bother me. What bothered me about this and other options in Milan was having to pay EXTRA if you arrive after a certain time. Accommodation is already not cheap, and then you have to pay extra for someone to simply hand over a key, since the flat itself doesn’t require any major explanations… Also, I told them my estimated arrival time so they would know when to expect me and how much I would pay, and I received at least three requests for my exact arrival time and location. I’m already paying the rent plus the service charge, and I had to be precise about where I was, with responses that weren’t even quick and that didn’t help me when I was lost and couldn’t find the building.

Location is 10/10 and so was communication with host company. However, the room was very dusty, kitchen had crumbs, bathroom has mold build up (which can happen) but with proper cleaning it can be combated. Plumping has issues as the toilet was making noises non stop making it hard to sleep. Overall the whole building is a construction site which I don’t think they indicated clearly, but still felt safe. It’s a shame because it’s a nice little space but the place needs a deep clean and a paint job. Ideal for a night, for solo travellers .

The accommodation is in an excellent location, with easy access to get to and from any destination. However, access to the apartment is difficult, as the building is undergoing renovation, and getting in with suitcases via the steps is almost impossible, as they are covered with scaffolding, construction materials and dust. There is a lift, but it only goes up to the 4th floor; to get to the 5th floor, you have to use the stairs. The flat is extremely small and uncomfortable, and the bathroom and toilet are terrible. To access the toilet, you have to go through the shower, where the washbasin is located. Everything is designed for a person who is slim and short, as the ceiling is very low and the spaces are very small. I lost my electricity because I couldn’t connect multiple appliances. It is important to improve communication and to provide information about the inconvenience caused by the refurbishment. Right up to the last day, I was told I had to take the rubbish down five floors. My stay was generally uncomfortable and not enjoyable.

Great spot to stay for one night! We loved this area of Milan — it was such a charming neighborhood to explore. The host provided clear instructions, and someone met us for check-in, which made navigating the building very easy and gave us a chance to ask any questions. The space was located in a nice area. Duomo is walkable from there. There is a street full of restaurants near and a very good gelateria. The space was clean, practical and simple. I called this urban camping. We are two bigger people and the bed and shower was big enough for us. Watch your head tho haha. There is a very small elevator to help you go up and down and we tightly fitted but note that the weight limit is 250kg 😝. We stayed 5 night and enjoyed our stay. Milan is an expensive city so if you want to cook to save money, this might not be the best kitchen.

The apartment is ideally located, in the center of Milan, close to all the iconic places, chic restaurants and shopping boutiques. Lorenzo's welcome was very friendly and responsive, which is always appreciated! On the other hand, be careful: the photos are a little misleading, the accommodation is much smaller in reality. You must not be claustrophobic, nor very tall, otherwise you might bump your head 😅. We did not have a washing machine even though it was mentioned in the ad, and the towels provided were really limited (only one piece per person for 4 days). The bathroom is also very narrow. Finally, we suffered a power cut of more than two hours (8:00 p.m. - 10:55 p.m.). Lorenzo did what was necessary, but it still impacted our evening.

The accommodation is cozy, super small, especially in the bed area. The bathroom is also very small and the toilet area gets wet so you have to be careful and not enter with shoes that are going to make mud. Many reviews say that it is very uncomfortable, but the truth is that I found the bathroom solution interesting in those few square metres. The neighbourhood is an area with many expensive fashion and designer shops, if this is of interest to the visitor. For us to be able to walk to all the tourist places was the good thing about this sector. It's ideal just to sleep. What really bothered us one night was the smell of cigarettes (we don't know if it was coming from below or next door) and the noise of doors and loud conversations in the early hours of the morning. There is not such good insulation. I thought it was a bit rude to say that we had to leave at a certain time and that 10 minutes later they would come in to clean. Communication was not the most fluid, however everything works. I would have liked recommendations of the area.

It was a lovely area to be in, i think this is the best thing about it really. It’s nearly impossible to find something in this area that was available! the place is spacious for one person & your luggage. The apartment is an attic that was essentially renovated for human use, so things are a bit makeshift. the bathroom & shower are super small & compact but they do the job. my concern was the mold in the roof, the bathroom & kitchenette & the dust. I only wish those things were cleaned out because otherwise it would’ve been a 10/10. But really i cannot stress enough the prime location. Another thing to keep in mind, if you plan to check in late there’s a fee & it’s not small depending on how late you arrive. when i landed there were taxi strikes so i was really late & i had to spend a lot on getting to the airbnb which added costs to my trip that i wasn’t prepared for.

The apartment was smaller in person compared to the pictures. It seemed like a storage closet converted into a room. The bathroom was very small and not clean: hair hanging from the shower head, mold in the cracks and the floor and walls peeling from the shower not being enclosed. The pillows were the flattest I’ve ever felt and things were dusty and grimey. The price per night was very high for the quality of place. Our flight got cancelled and rebooked, so we arrived later than expected and had to pay another €40 on top of the already high price for checking in later at night. Overall not a great stay

If you want accommodation for one/two people, it's perfect. The accommodation was clean, but there was a good amount of dust on the furniture. Being allergic, I sneezed a lot haha! But otherwise the apartment was great, as in the description. It is close to many activities, and good restaurants, it is a plus when you only want to get around on foot.

A little sad that they said I had to check in at 2 pm before I made the booking, but then they said it wasn't possible. But the check-in went smoothly then, no weirdness. Cozy accommodation in general, but quite expensive cleaning fee just for one night. It also became very bright in the morning when it was difficult to shut out the light completely. But otherwise it was a nice accommodation, very cozy and in a nice area:)

A cosy and compact studio in the well-located Brera area of Milan. A stone's throw from many buzzing restaurants, independent shops, the Pinoteca Brera and the Orto Botanico di Brera, but a peaceful oasis despite the central location. The studio is located on the fifth floor. There is a lift that takes you up most of the way, but you do need to navigate some stairs to access the lift and take the stairs from the fourth to the fifth floor. The bed is comfortable and the studio is equipped with air conditioning which is greatly appreciated. Perfect for a short stay for one or two guests. Highly recommend.

I really loved my stay here - it's a compact space, yes, but the charm of the space has stayed with me since my visit, and I also appreciated meeting Marco on check-in (very kind guy, and I appreciated his tips about the neighborhood). My sister and I stayed at the Airbnb for 3 days, for the two of us it was perfect, we are not demanding, the bed was enough, we actually only stayed there, the location is unique, we were almost only on foot everywhere, you can reach the Viktor Emanuel Passage in just a few minutes, just like Duomo etc. At the price I found nothing similar in the area, for a trip with children I would not consider it and also for couples I would think there is too little space there, my sister and I are both thin and small, but for a short trip just to stay there it was enough Thanks a lot !

This was the perfect space! I loved how cute it was, very clean and had amenities if you wanted to cook (we didn’t because there were so many places to near that were amazing so close!). The apartment is exactly like the photos and the location is amazing as it is situated between the 2 main roads of Brera. The building is a traditional old style 'Quartiere Milanese'. The arrival was super easy from Javi with punctuality regarding our appointment. Having said the above, the apartment follows the same design as the building and everything looks traditional inside. Some aspects of it could be more modernized, however, it's a nice place to be. Other than the above, it's a very good option for an AirBnB on a budget and the location is top notch! A great choice if you are in Milano for a few

Overall, great location and good price. The apartment is unique; it is small, but space is maximised and it has tons of character. I really liked it! The location is also fantastic! We had however some minor issues. I was warned multiple times about surcharges if I arrived past 21:30. I didn't. I texted them 40 minutes (around 20:10) in advance that I would arrive, and they were late by some 30 minutes. Fortunately, I was able to get into the apartment by myself and they didn't charge me. On the check out, I left the keys in the safety box and texted them at 09:15 when I left. Then they called around noon and they claimed I hadn't left the keys- until they found them later. Overall, I would recommend staying there though!

The host was very kind, the room was clean and comfortable, the design style was great, and it was nice to live in.The heater was very warm and comfortable in the cold weather.However, there are a few reminders: 1. The nearest nearby subway station Lanz does not have an escalator or elevator, while the room is on the top floor, although there is an elevator on the first floor to the fourth floor, there are still two flights of stairs to reach the room, which may be slightly inconvenient for travelers with large luggage or inconvenient climbing stairs. 2. The bathroom and toilet are small and there is no wet/dry separation, the floor is easy to accumulate water after taking a shower, you need to pay special attention to safety. 3. There was an electric hopping situation at night, but the host was very responsive and helped us solve the problem immediately and it was reassuring. If the above details are not a problem for you, this room is really worth recommending!

We await for more than an hour, in the cold, the keys to check-in, despite the previously agreed time. The space is small, with impractical shower (Bathroom smelling of mold). There was no microwave oven, no electric oven and coffee machine. Very low ceiling, which causes head beats all the time. There is no external view. The elevator, besides being tiny, does not reach the floor of the apartment, whose access is more like a warehouse and not a dwelling. It doesn't live up to an airbnb booking and Milano.

The property is indeed consistent with the photos, but it is really very small and access to the bathroom is not so convenient. Things were missing: a dish towel, there is only one glass, the duvet was 1 place while it's a double bed... The host told me that she would come and open us and in fact not at all, she sent video instructions (either it's not a problem but it was weird). Overall it was fine, but hey it's very expensive for very small. We are 15 minutes from the center which surely justifies the price.

The location was amazing but there was a lot, very much mold on the walls in the bathroom. There was as good as no ventilation and we could not open the windows as it was raining all the time as all the windows were on the slanted ceiling. The front door seemed to have survived a burglar attempt and we were not able to open the other part that was locked. This allowed only one slim person to get in, and then sideways. The sound insulation was practically non-existent, so we could hear the neighbors, assuming they heard us well as well. It wasn't disturbing for us, but might be good to be aware of

The place is at a fantastic, central location in Brera. Very cute and cozy attic at a safe and vibrant area, at a reasonable price. On the downside, the apartment was dusty, and some sheets and walls around the mattress had stains that we had to clean using our own wipes. The bathroom was tiny. The checkin instructions were clear, although the CleanBnB registration process was questionable. We understood that by visiting Italy we had to provide some personal information for the Alloggiati police service. However, we were asked to upload personal information and ID copies to their custom CleanBnB platform that manages these apartments and didn’t accept receiving our information through our AirBnB chat. We expressed our security concerns and kindly asked to skip uploading data in the third party site, but they insisted that they didn’t support any other way. Being forced to upload our personal data and ID cards on a third party site felt unsafe.

Our stay in this apartment was great. It is very small, but great for a solo traveler or a couple looking to spend time in Milan. Although it was small, it was everything that we needed. The location is amazing and right next to many great restaurants. I still give this place a 5 star rating, but be careful with what time you show up to the unit. Someone will meet you at the apartment and in the check in instructions it mentions you have to pay extra (€25 in cash) if you arrive to the unit after 9:30 in the evening. We showed up to the unit at 9:12 in the evening after a long day of cancelled / changed flights and were still required to pay the €25 extra even though the instructions state you have to pay if it’s after 9:30. So be careful about this. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this apartment.

Overall this was a pretty great spot because of the location and simplicity of check in/out. This place does seem to be an old utility closet or something honestly lol so don’t be surprised that its overall vibe doesn’t quite match the bright/vibrant appearance in the photos. Big downside though was how musty it smelled, clearly from water. There were leaks stained on the wall below the AC unit, and what looked to be mold in the bathroom above the shower. Our first night it was very hot, so we turned on the AC. It barely worked, and in the middle of the night we noticed a ton of water leaking onto the floor. We placed towels down and turned it off. Told the manager the next day, and he claimed he had no idea.. but I don’t think that possible because the stains coming out of the AC unit was the first thing I noticed when I entered. How could he not know something was leaking?! Anyway.. wouldn’t stay again, but it was worth it since it was a last night stay before heading home.

Excellent location in Brera, you can walk to all the sights and have numerous food and shopping around the corner. The communication with Morena in advance was also very informative - unfortunately only not in terms of check-in. Despite multiple requests a few days before arrival, no clear times/places were addressed. Instead, we were only contacted by mobile phone at noon on the day of arrival, and then received no response for hours. At check-in, the room was not yet cleaned/tidy(no sheets,towels). When we came back at 6am, there was still nothing clean - someone was sent at half past 8/8 in the evening, but we had to wait to open the door. As a result, our first evening in Milan was unfortunately wasted, and it was stressful because we didn’t know until the very end exactly when we would be able to check in. With suitcases, therefore inconvenient and very unfortunate for the great location and the surrounding!

It’s a very small place like shown in the photos, was cold and night when I visited end of Feb. Pros: was close to attractions and metro. Cons: didn’t have any dishwashing soap, space was small and hard to get in as the elevator is really narrow - had to make a 2 trips to get all the luggage + had to climb 2 flights of stairs..

I recently stayed in this cozy Airbnb which is located in the heart of Milan, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The small attic room exuded a warm and cozy vibe, which was perfect for making you feel at home right away. Its typical Milanese ambiance added a unique touch, creating a truly authentic experience. The room, though compact, was well-equipped and modernized, which ensured that all my needs were met during my time there. While the space was on the smaller side, it didn't feel cramped, but this could be different for someone else. Occasionally, there was a slight mustiness in the air, but the simple solution of opening the window allowed for a quick refresh. One of the highlights of this Airbnb is its fantastic location. Everything was easily accessible on foot and there was a metro really nearby. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone who attends to go to Milan!

Morena's place is very cozy and everything is very well thought out - with the most comfortable bed. This studio was centrally located to all of the places that we wanted to visit and because of it, we discovered the nearby Chinatown. Morena and Matteo were so helpful and flexible during our check in process. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. Yes, it isn't the biggest place, however the location, service, and accommodations more than make up for it. We would gladly return in the future. Thank you to Morena and Matteo!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay! Its pretty cozy, but perfect for 1 person or a couple who doesn't plan to spend too much time in the apartment. It was clean with nice touches. Not the best space if you're hoping to do a bit of cooking - but more than enough space to make a coffee/tea. The location is unreal - so close to so many bars and restaurants. It's worth noting that the door man leaves at 5pm so if you're checking in after then, you'll need someone to meet you to let you in. Also, if you're arriving from the front doors, it's the stairs/elevator which is second on your right. We would definitely stay here again!

Although the accommodation is in an amazing location and the host was very helpful, unfortunately I have to leave a negative review. The place needs maintenance starting from the entrance hallway on the top floor that looks like an abandoned building. The interior would also be very nice if it was kept with care, stained dirty lamps, moldy and stained kitchen top and antihygienic, kitchen accessories to be renovated. It can be improved a lot.

We were amazed with the creativity behind the creation of this tiny but cozy attic. Miniature, yet comfortable. The location was great, close to good restaurants and a few blocks away from metro stations to easily get around the city. If you're a couple (or solo) traveling lightweight, this is a great place to stay.

This apartment was everything I needed for a quick solo trip to Milan. A third-party greeted me at the front of the building and showed me how to get inside - this was super helpful. The neighbourhood is safe and easy to walk/bus/metro anywhere. Having the aircon on a hot weekend was amazing. The apartment would work for two people, but keep in mind it’s a cozy :) I’d stay here again for sure!

Morena’s place matched the photos and location was fantastic. It is a small converted loft space which held a lot of heat in the late afternoon and the bathroom layout was not as functional as we’d like, but it is suitable for a short stay. Communication was through a third party not via the app, not the host directly, with that we had a slight language barrier.

Great location, host requests but the space was quite dusty and as the bed with the mattress is on the floor was very unpleasant. Also the space is too small for 2 people because the location of the bed is very close to the ceiling as it is an attic. I believe it is the ideal space for 1 person, two people to sleep is very uncomfortable.

Enjoyable place to stay for a short visit to Milan. Small unit, but there was everything as listed. If you need to use the washing machine, the host will give you instructions on how to get to the machine. I thought it was a comfortable bed, but it was just me, if there was another person it may be a bit tight with the ceiling coming down. I had no problems with the wi-fi. Lots of stairs but elevator if needed (must go up about 5 stairs to reach it.) Great location, would stay again if ever in Milan!

Identical accommodation for photographs, although the size of the floor is small, it feels cozy, the kitchen is well equipped and the bed quite comfortable. As a point of improvement, the shower, because of the position it has, it was a bit uncomfortable to shower. The location is perfect and it is very close to everything, 12 minutes from the Duomo, and it is surrounded by very good restaurants and all the prices. Check-in and check-out is very easy and quick! Take away your wait time! In short, I recommend this place to stay, whether you're going with a couple or just for you it's perfect.

The space is very nice, heated in case of cold and has everything very complete. Perhaps it will be considered that the bathroom is small and you bathe where you wash your hands. We prefer not to bathe that day since it was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, it's fine.

Morena’s place is the place to be when you are in Milano. It makes you feel home right away. The location is just amazing. It’s located centrally so you can walk to every destination. The duomo is just a 13 minute walk away from the apartment. It’s super clean and furnished with the essentials. The bed and pillows are comfortable. We had more than enough space in the apartment. The washer really came in handy and there is a grocery store and a bakery just a minute away from the Airbnb. I would 100% recommend

Morena was really friendly and helpful and even left us a bunch of snacks. It was a bit small as already expected, especially the bathroom, but very fine for a weekend. The location was also good. Metro is around the corner and with a 15 minute walk you stand next to the Duomo. Also easy to get to the apartment from airport Milan Linate. The neighbourhood, Brera, was also very cosy with a lot to explore. I would truly recommend this place for your stay in Milan!

The apartment is very central within short walking distance from Duomo. Morena always responses fast and really helpful. She has also left snacks for breakfast which I enjoyed. The apartment was smaller than looked in photos however had all the required amenities. The air conditioning heating mode doesn’t work properly and blowing very weak even Morena’s husband tried to fix it.

All in all a lovely little place. It’s definitely smaller than I expected it to be. You need to watch your head as there are some edges or low roof slopes you can hurt your head very badly. Like I did lol. Morena is a lovely host tho and her little girly place is adorable. The location is perfect and right in the city center. Which makes it noisy at night times sometimes. The only negativ was the shared washing machine (which I didn’t know was shared ) in the hallway. I found my freshly washed laundry once rudely in the hallway. Someone had just put it out. All in all a nice little flat to stay in :)

Morena's place was exactly as advertised. Obviously, very small but perfectly appointed and had everything we needed for our three day stay in Milan. The location was great. Given the size, I don't know if my wife, dog, and I would spend a week there, but for two nights (or solo travel) it was exactly what we were looking for. The only issue we had was that the lock on the door was extremely difficult to work. It sometimes took us ten minutes or so to finally get it to lock or unlock. Overall, wonderful apartment. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely, cozy, and the perfect tiny house after a long day in Milan. she designed, clean and plenty of places to eat and shop in the area, plenty to explore and enjoy. Also is easily accessible to the subway, only 4 stops from Central Station. Only trouble is the door is old and the locks are finnicky so it make take some extra time to leave the house or wind down. Morena is lovely and provides a good foundation of coffee, tea, basic foods and snacks. I stayed 2 days with my boyfriend and we enjoyed it immensely.

It’s a great hospitality with warm welcome. Daily usage was provided such as warm water, utensil for cooking, pillow, blanket and even hair dryer and towel. Pots and pan with dish washer are provided for people who is on a budget, this is a great place to stay since it’s the middle of most of the places an u can save cost on food and transportation. She even welcome us with drinks and snacks. Great location right opposite of the apartment are cafe and a few restaurant, along the road there are place for the taxi to stop by.

Morena and her husband are awesome! We arrived late in Milan but they were there to welcome us. They also helped us with some really important information we needed. The location is central milan in one of the best neighbourhoods - a few steps from the nightlife, boutiques, cafes, great restaurants and supermarkets. It is accessible to everywhere and very safe. The place is so beautiful & tasteful, welcoming and extremely clean and has everything you need while you're on your trip. Morena herself is very sweet and cares a lot for her guests, attentive, and a highlight is that she is flexible with check in and check out times if it is possible (which in our case it was).
