The property is located in the Washington district, an area full of services and well connected by public transport, especially tramlink 16 heading to San Siro Stadium!
The strength of the structure, in addition to the strategic location, is definitely the presence of a private terrace.

- KITCHEN with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and access to the terrace.
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, washing machine, bidet and WC;
- TERRACE with outdoor furniture.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (a split in the bedroom and a split in the living room), hair dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board

Please note that the elevator reaches the fourth floor, to reach the apartment on the fifth floor there is a flight of stairs.
To reach the entrance door of the property, once you reach the fifth floor, open the door to the left and walk through the attic. The apartment matches the last door.
Please note that the ceiling of the apartment is sloping.
There is a step at the entrance of the terrace.
The shower tray is raised.

Fully equipped apartment in the attic, equipped with the necessary things. It's perfect for 4 people. A quiet and safe neighborhood, next to restaurants and a large store. A little further from the subway, but traffic is healthy. Initially, there was a problem with contacting the person who was supposed to hand over the keys, but the problem was quickly resolved. The apartment is relatively clean, although the kitchen floor was not up to par. The shower door did not work properly, but we fixed this problem ourselves and it was not a problem. I generally recommend it.

Quite close to everything, a maximum of maybe 1 hour walk from most of the major points of interest to visit, and a LIDL just around the corner. Area was very quiet and safe, easy to navigate and even having stop close by, as well as an underground train entrance close by as well.
