The space
The space is organized as follows:- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, dining table, armchairs and TV;
- OPEN KITCHEN with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and dining table;
- BEDROOM on the mezzanine with double bed and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with thermovalves, portable fans, washing machine, wardrobe, chest of drawers, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Portable air conditioner.
ATTENTION. There is an internal staircase between the open kitchen and the mezzanine bedroom (be careful if you are traveling with small children).
The mezzanine bedroom is not acoustically isolated from the rest of the rooms and there are no doors separating it.
PAY ATTENTION: THERE ARE CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE APARTMENT NEXT TO OURS TILL MAY 20TH. DUST AND NOISES MAY BE EXPECTED.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

The Airbnb is very nice and spacious. It is easy to reach by public transport. However, a few basic things were missing, such as sponges, enough toilet paper or coffee. Communication was very difficult because an AI chatbot always answered first, which was not helpful. Unfortunately, we also had to deal with cockroaches without the insecticide being available in the apartment. We still had a good stay, but a few things could be improved.

The unit was a short bus from the airport and getting there was fairly easy. Thorough communication throughout, very friendly host and available for anything that came up. Nico even helped me bring my luggage into the apartment. The space was better than pictured and there was even a washer where I was able to wash some items. Shower had great pressure and hot and cold water. Very spacious living area and the bedroom was quite cozy. The AC was only available in the living room area but the fan by the bed side was good enough to keep me fresh through the night. I appreciated that there were cooking supplies even though I didn’t get to use them. The area was safe and beautiful with streets lined up by lots of trees and the restaurants nearby were all great. Would have loved to stay longer and will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Unfortunately, after over a decade on airbnb, this is the 1st bad review I have to write. It felt more like a garage/storage room, rather than an apartment. There isnt actually any AC (very old portable unit, vents hot air since evacuation tube doesnt hold in place, leaks water all overthe floor, and cold air doesn't even come anywhere close to the bedroom). I would not recommend staying here, the place needs serious work. The "staircase" is surprisingly dangerous, even for younger people. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets are homemade, electronics aren't functional or partially. There is only one real bed, and it was dirty with hair and stains. The other sleeping arrangements are hospital style beds/futons with bedding that is basically just a cover thrown over the mattress. If it were a fraction of the price of other places, I'd say go for it. But honestly this is a poor attempt at arranging an airbnb. Had to ask Airbnb to step in and arrange alternative stay elsewhere.

There is an internal staircase between the open kitchen and the loft-style bedroom (pay attention if you are travelling with small children). In case of unsorted use of extra linens, €15 will be charged for each used linen kit. Respect for quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. For check-in after the scheduled times, the following surcharges are required: * after 9:30 pm and until 11:00 pm a supplement of 25 Euros is required. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS RENOVATION WORK IN THE PREMISES NEXT TO THE APARTMENT UNTIL 20/05. NOISE AND INCONVENIENCE MAY OCCUR.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
