This apartment deserves a real work of fitting and appropriate decoration to give it the workshop spirit that seems to have been sought... The stairs leading to the mezzanine need to be reviewed for greater safety for future guests. It's a beautiful space that deserves to be given a real job. Thanks to the whole team who worked hard to stay in regular contact and answer our many questions/requests. I recommend it!!

Everything was 10/10. The apartment was really huge, super comfortable and with all the services we needed. Close to transport, places to eat, cafes, supermarkets, everything! We could even wash our clothes without any problems! I would definitely recommend it 100% and if we go back to Milan (hopefully🙏🏻) we would definitely rent this apartment again. Thank you very much

We really enjoyed staying here. It is very well connected to the city center, the house was very clean and the bed is very comfortable. In addition, the area was quiet and not noisy at night. There are several shops nearby. The only negative thing we would say is that the ladder to climb to the bed area is very steep and it is uncomfortable to go up and down. Otherwise everything was great, we recommend it 🤗

A very well located place with the option to park without paying nearby (parking badly). Very fair price. Friendly host. The only downside I would say is that the stairs to the bedroom were a little dangerous.

A nice place to stay, felt a bit unfinished and had a lot of unnecessary furniture. It was also a bit dark if you wanted to avoid anyone seeing in to the appartment. But nice and quiet!

Safe neighborhood. Quiet. The place is shockingly big for the price. I think what I appreciated the most was the interior of the place, it just had character and charm. Kitchen supplies were useful as well. Something to note, it doesn’t have the usual AC, but it has a portable one which worked fine for us.

The location of the accommodation is very favorable, the city center is a stone's throw away, and it is also very safe, the coded door leads to the inner courtyard, the order is also monitored by a camera. The apartment is spacious, excellent for several guests and relatively well equipped. The contact person was communicative and responded quickly, we could have contacted him with any difficulties that arose. However, our experience was spoiled by the dirty towels we found in the closet and laid out for us, the stained living room floor, and the lack of a duvet cover for the bed in the gallery. In the bathroom, the sink was almost clogged. The place wasn’t as nice and tidy as we found it in the pictures at the time of booking. However, all in all, we had a good time in Milan, we are grateful for the opportunity!

The apartment is a great choice thanks to its location: right in front of a park, relatively close to different transportation options, and surrounded by good restaurants. Inside, it’s very comfortable, with enough space to accommodate more guests, even though it was just the two of us. It’s also accessible, being on the ground floor with entry through the building’s inner courtyard, which added convenience. The check-in process was smooth, and we were warmly welcomed right on time. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

The place is not really suitable for a comfortable stay. The bed is located upstairs in a loft area, which is not easy to access. The apartment was very hot — although there is an AC unit, it’s extremely noisy and difficult to sleep with. To use it, you have to keep the window open to let the exhaust tube out, which is quite inconvenient and led to mosquitoes coming in. The bathroom is very small, and the sink drained poorly. Check-in instructions were not provided on Airbnb — instead, I was contacted via messager. There’s no self check-in option, so you have to coordinate with their representative to access the apartment.

First of all, the person who checked in didn't know the house. The description mentions air conditioning, but in reality, there were two fans, one of which was not working, and a fan heater that was not installed. We had to invent a makeshift installation to make it work. In addition, the door through which they let us in was defective and one night we were locked out and received no help from the host. We were left in the middle of the street with two minors waiting for the intervention of the fire brigade we called. The host then justified himself by saying that he was asleep, too bad that for this job it is necessary to be available 24 hours a day for emergencies

The place itself is lovely with all facilities working in order and very spacious. However, I would like to note that on the day of arriving to Milan we were told that there will be a 25-30 € late check in fee. Additionally, despite getting there late after travelling for 12 hours the host forced us to pay even though the host for 40 minutes late to the apartment after our arrival. This should be taken into consideration if you are arriving late into Milan.

The host was slow in responding, we were unhappy with the big amount of money we have to pay (flight was delayed and still have to pay that much). Apartment looks the same as the photos. Not perfectly cleaned but OK. If you dont mind walking, you can go everywhere from by walk.

We really enjoyed our stay in Milan! The AirBnb was just like described and very comfy and had lots of space. Besides a few small/not noticeable things like a bit of dust here and there it was amazing and absolutely worth it. The only thing i could critizise would be unclean dishes and the dust.

The place is very nice and comfy! Nico was great at communication and very flexible with my check in. Really recommend this place if you’re staying in Milan, it’s also a nice walk to all the historic places and felt pretty safe walking late at night. Public transportation is very close to the place too!

We stayed at the apartment for a full week and it really felt like home. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook dinners, while the area had lovely specialty stores and (super)markets. The apartment was clean, quiet and very comfortable. We loved the high bed, which felt like both tree house and sanctuary! Hosts were responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

Super good location and ok with utensils. However, the towels were dirty when we arrived but were resolved. Lovely restaurants in the area and nice people. Great price for the location. Only 20 minutes walk to the center and many eating places 500 meters from the apartment.

Location is not the best but It is walkable, if you are the person who loves walking around everywhere without using public transport or taxi like me then you’ll like it. Our stay in Milano with Cleanbnb was super comfortable. The check-in was flexible and the communication super easy. The host also provided us some recommendations after asking for it. The windows are oriented to the backyards so even without curtains it was quiet and dark enough to sleep. The neighbourhood is cute and has great options for going out nearby. Thank you very much for hosting us! We can definitely recommend staying here for a little stay in milano :) ✨

All in all this is a very nice apartment in a good neighbourhood and it is super close to Linate airport as well as to the center. Being located in the inner court of a house, it is very quiet inside. I saw that a previous guest stated it was cold in the flat - I cannot confirm that as the temperature was always very pleasant despite the winter weather outside. One thing to mention is that there are no curtains at all nor window blinds which means you have no possibility to block out the light from outside. The lanterns in the court are bright during the entire night, so I found it very hard to sleep. If you are a light sleeper like me, better bring some eye shades.

We liked the apartment, but it was very cold inside. The heating provided wasn’t sufficient, so staying there wasn’t very comfortable because of the cold. However, the host is a very nice person who is always ready to help. In general, I think this apartment would be a good place to stay and enjoy your time during the summer.

As my first time staying in Milan at an Airbnb house I would describe it as a great experience. The house was very comfortable, very clean and the bed was the best what else can I say even though we slept a few hours, it was the most relaxing sleep I ever had. The kitchen had all the facilities, and the house looked very safe. The host was very friendly and responsive to our messages and I would recommend it as a place to stay! The price looked fine to me. Not to mention the fact that it was near the station and you could go to the city center for like 15 or 20 minutes by bus, depending on the traffic. I would definitely recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic spot for the price in a great location outside the busy city centre. The pizza place right out front had the best pizza I had on my entire Italy trip! Will definitely be coming back soon to stay here.

Great area, apartment a little in the middle of the rooms but manageable as noise, the only thing air conditioning system, with the heat of the center should be there... for the rest for a fast accommodation it is a weekend, I recommend it...
