Cozy 55m2 apartment, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the second floor of a building with lift.
The accommodation is equipped with every comfort including a washing machine and a balcony. The location is great! We are in a quiet area of ​​the city, just outside the center of Milan, a 15-minute walk from the Loreto metro stop which leads to Piazza Duomo after just 4 stops.
The space
The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, moka and kitchen utensils),
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, central heating, fan, washing machine, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

ATTENTION: WIFI GIGAS are LIMITED, therefore it is NOT possible to download, but only online browsing is permitted.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

The location of the apartment and general cleanliness etc was great. However unfortunately the hot water in the shower was a constant issue and barely worked, it was warm for about 30 seconds after which time it went cold and the pressure was also extremely bad. The hosting company did try to work this out, but it was not resolved in the time I was there and made the stay uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi also did not work, which had been explained to me in arrival but it was an added issue.

I have mixed reviews about this place. Location is perfect for my purpose(short studies) of my trip and I enjoyed the convenience of supermarkets nearby Once checked-in, I was informed the WiFi is down and they will fix it. I was there for 7 nights and no updates were given. I don’t think is that hard to fix the WiFi. If the WiFi is not fixed, I feel is fair to provide alternatives and at least REMOVE this amenity feature from the listing to avoid misunderstanding for future guest. I saw that it is still listed as available. It affected my work/studies. Next, the place is cold so be prepared. Heater is not working as I was informed it is controlled centrally. This was also flagged by other guest so I come prepared. Shower is small. You will probably elbow the glass while showering. Shower head is loose and it will fall on you. This defect have been flagged by other users. Pressure of water is weak as well. If all issues are fixed, future guest will have a better experience

I never write negative reviews and it is very difficult for me to do so. Unfortunately, in this case, I found some things that made my stay unpleasant. The house was very cold and there was no way to heat it, especially the bathroom, especially since the shower had very little pressure and the hot water did not work. There were no items (e.g. oil, vinegar, etc.) in the house that are normally found in other Airbnbs. Too bad because the apartment is clean and the guy who checked in was courteous.

Unfortunately, I am sorry to write a negative review for the accommodation. First of all, the house smelled of smoke in an absurd way. As soon as I entered, I found it hard to stay there, you could feel a heavy area almost like recurring smoke and cigarette butts left there. I had to keep everything open for two days (I stayed 2 nights), to breathe better. They had assured me of the possibility of receiving a digital invoice for my company which, to date, I still do not know whether or not I will receive, I only receive "write here for further clarification" and now I have to figure out how to resolve this with my business. Communication with the host was bad. They respond in a concise manner, make you do an endless check-in and then don't even respect the requests. The house is falling apart in many places. The shower came off, the shower door came off, the shelves came off. The tap was moving. There was mould and broken plaster on the ceiling. I will definitely not book here again
