The structure consists of a living room with kitchenette, sleeping area and bathroom.
The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, wine glasses and kitchen utensils), sofa bed for one and a half square, double bed, walk-in closet, dining table, TV and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, split air conditioning (ONLY in the living room), hairdryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
