Good host. There were some problems with the boiler present, which caused a leak that temporarily left us without hot water and the entire floor wet. We were able to clean this up ourselves. Because of this problem, the heating also did not work. Otherwise, there was little to note. Everything corresponded to what was shown in the photos.

Unfortunately, there was no reliable hot water and no heating during the stay. A technician came only once, then the problem occurred again. We were told that someone would come by, but that did not happen and further messages remained unanswered. Overall, we would not recommend the accommodation.

Pros: 1. Good location. It’s close to Cimitero Monumentale, Duomo and Sforzesco castle by walk or public transport. 2. Good communication from staff. 3. Stylish reparation, feeling like home. 4. A lot of things around to do Cons: 1. Not clean. I have sensible skin and irritation from dust. 2. Gas boiler is always losing pressure, I’m common with them because I’m engineer, but for someone can be difficult to adjust the pressure. There is no stickers or instructions for others. For me generally it’s not a problem 3. It can be noisy at night outside, fixable with ear plugs, don’t forget to bring it with you.

Beautiful apartment, in the Asian district of Milan and 15/20 minutes from the center! I absolutely recommend this location, where you will sleep in a quiet neighborhood, and can eat as you like in one of the neighborhood shops

I have been using Airbnb for 8 years and have never had such a catastrophic experience. It's by far the worst. When I arrived, there was no toilet paper. I had to buy it myself. I was promised a refund but it never happened. There was also no WiFi even though it was advertised. The apartment was dirty, with mould, a sickening smell and totally unacceptable hygiene. The conditions were extreme. There was no hot water or heating, in the middle of January, with about 0 degrees outside. It was impossible to shower and I was literally frozen. The bedding was absolutely horrible. The three duvets in the apartment were all dirty, with traces of blood, hair, fur and other obvious dirt. Instead of providing clean linen, I was asked to manage on my own. This is unacceptable. Insulation is non-existent. Continued in comments...

An excellent location. The temperature in the studio was perfect and everything was very clean and tidy. The Host was attentive to the phone for any incident and they were very quick to resolve everything. Both the sofa and the bed are super comfortable. A functional kitchen and everything in perfect condition. I would use it again 😊

The apartment is well located in the Chinatown neighborhood. Less than three minutes from the little town centre there. It's about a 20-minute cable car ride to Milano Centrale station. Walking, you take this to the Garibaldi gate. The neighborhood is very quiet. It can be done by walking around the coliseum and its surroundings. The other tourist attractions are easily accessible by metro or bus as well. The only (not so) negative point is that we found it a little noisy at night because the window faces the street, but that didn't bother us much. If you're a very light sleeper, it might get a little in the way. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is excellent and the heating works perfectly. We loved the experience

Very good location for visiting Milan, close to the tram station. The area seems very safe, there are plenty of eateries nearby and a large grocery store with Italian products. Contact with the person who showed us the apartment was very good, friendly. We received recommendations for local attractions worth visiting. We used the apartment in November, there were a lot of rainy days, but the apartment was equipped with easy-to-use heating. There was also air conditioning. The only drawback was that the duvet was without a cover, only covered from above with something like a sheet, also quite unhygienic. I highly recommend the host and the location.

The apartment is pretty well equipped on paper, but the only coffee maker available was out of order. If you're not a coffee lover, you won't mind. On the other hand, the elastic is essential to keep the shower mixer tap in a correct position, otherwise the shower quickly becomes acrobatic. Another surprising detail: the mixer tap in the kitchen is reversed – the red corresponds to cold water, and the blue is in hot water, contrary to what we know in France. Apart from these points, the apartment is as described. However, it is extremely noisy: it feels like the street literally passes through the room. We still kept the five nights for lack of an alternative, despite an unanswered support request from Airbnb. Finally, the general atmosphere of the apartment is like the welcome: a coldness... remarkable. PS: To close our stay we had a water leak the day before we left

Communication was excellent throughout. The place was clean and tidy. However, it is about a 40 minute walk to the centre of Milan and we didn’t have any hot water throughout our stay. We did learn on the last day that we had to physically turn the boiler on (which we weren’t told) but good to know you can get hot water there if you’re planning on staying! 😂 All in all a good stay.

The location in the middle of Chinatown is perfect for quiet nights. The 2 air conditioners were ideal for us, with which you could sleep quietly at night. From the apartment you could reach everything on foot and had very good restaurants in the vicinity!

This B&B was a real discovery, I will use it every time I have to stop in Milan! It's clean, fresh and welcoming. Online photos don't do it justice: it's even more beautiful in person! The building and the area are very quiet, and the location is perfect for resting after a day out. Check-in was very easy and fast. Special thanks to the guy who welcomed us: he was extremely flexible and understanding with our schedules. Highly recommended for those looking for a well-kept accommodation with excellent service at a great value for money!

Thank you for having us! I liked the apartment — cozy, with an interesting design, everything was fine with check-in and communication. From the nuances: those who sleep lightly, it is worth considering that there is practically no noise insulation — you can hear everything that happens on the street: from people passing by to motorbikes and even a garbage truck late at night. We also want to note that the wall clock in the apartment does not work — from the point of view of energy and belief is not the best sign, perhaps it is better to remove them altogether. And a slightly unusual format of bed linen: instead of a top sheet — two sheets, between which there is a blanket. As a result, at night, everything moves out, and in the morning you find yourself under just a blanket without coverage. Everything else was good — thank you for your hospitality🤍

Location is great, right in the middle of the action, lots of restaurants nearby. Many attractions within walking distance. At night, the noisy street cleaning is very audible, as well as the disposal of old glass. Sofa, duvet and pillow dirty otherwise clean. Has everything you need in the apartment.

Terrible experience! The apartment was cold, smelled bad, and had a dirty sofa and sheets. The A/C didn’t work (batteries removed), and street noise was unbearable. We left early—completely unacceptable. Not recommended!

nice apartment, clean, stylish, has everything you need. The owner even took care of tea, coffee and oil for cooking, it's very nice. Very comfortable bed in the bedroom. I recommend other guests to pay attention to the area. This is Chinatown and it has a lot of its own charm: streets like in anime and many very tasty Chinese restaurants. But do not expect silence at night, there is still traffic and you can hear it. Also, the trouble with all of Milan is the noisy street washing machines at night. Unfortunately, this does not depend on the owner of the apartment.

The only problem is that the apartment is right in front of the street, so you can clearly hear cars passing by and people walking by and talking.

Quick and resolute communication. We booked for 3 people and the beds were made by two. We were quickly instructed how to resolve it. The heating didn't work because there were no batteries on the thermostat. They sent one person to fix it quickly. The rest, just as we expected.

Very negative and unpleasant experience. The accommodation had been booked and paid for three people, unfortunately the second bed was not arranged and after reporting the host did not take care of the disruption, but suggested that I look for the sheets and make me do it. Another problem with the heating; very cold accommodation, heating entrusted to heat pumps that could not make up for the cold and drafts of the huge windows. Overall disappointing .
