You are in the authentic heart of Milan, between Sant'Ambrogio district, renowned above all for the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Catholic University and the charm of Piazza Cairoli, Castello Sforzesco, Cadorna and Cordusio! Walking on foot along Via Meravigli and Via Dante between dehors for an aperitif and elegant shops of all kinds, in just 15 minutes you will reach Piazza Duomo, the icon-symbol of Milan
The accommodation is not recommended for those looking for a home "to live in" or for those who intend to use the kitchenette regularly to prepare lavish lunches or dinners.
The approximately 25sqm apartment number 208 is located on the second floor with lift of an elegant Milanese building with concierge, has all the main comforts and is organized as follows:
- LOWER LEVEL with relaxation area with sofa bed and small kitchenette with 2-burner hob, kettle, small fridge.
Bathroom with bidet and small shower box.

- UPPER LEVEL (reachable via internal stairs) with double bed
The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them

Please note: there are paid washing machines and dryers in the building on floor -1 shared with the other guests. They work every day from 8AM till 7PM. There are 5 steps to climb at the entrance to the building.
Outside on the street there are tram stops # 16 and # 19: the closest stop is Corso Magenta / Viale Nirone at 20 meters.
If you travel by car, we inform you that parking in the area is difficult and only for a fee: the closest paid garages are "Garage Alle Grazie" on Corso Magenta and "Buonaparte Parking" in Via Puccini. The apartment is in the "C area" of the city: it's mandatory to pay a ticket if you travel by car.

The floor of the accommodation was very dirty and we found hairs on the sheets. It was still 5 degrees outside and we specifically asked Matteo to bring us some blankets and he said no, that what was in the house was enough. The apartment is very cold and very noisy, the tram passes by every 3-4 minutes and the whole house shakes.
