Functional 60 sqm apartment, perfect for 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for disabled people). The property is located a few steps from City Life, the largest pedestrian area in Milan, and from MiCo, the largest conference center in Europe, in an area full of services and well connected to the rest of the city.
The apartment, perfect for both tourists and workers, consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.
The space
The inside is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, cabinet with drawers and hangers;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed for two people, TV, dining table and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- TERRACE with outdoor furniture (table and chairs).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, central heating with valves, air conditioning (split in the living room), hairdryer, washing/dryer machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Very enthusiastic host, the house is very tidy, the surrounding environment is also very good, and it is also very easy to park.I would recommend it to other friends traveling to Milan

Overall, Gianni’s place was spacious and clean. The location wasn’t the closest to central but easy enough to take metro or a tram for ~20-30 mins to get in. There’s a huge supermarket a few mins away. Gianni is responsive so that was helpful. The listing did say two beds but there was only one and the couch isn’t a sofa bed, so we weren’t entirely sure if that’s a request you have to make upon booking. But all in all, our stay was pleasant.
