The property is located a few steps from City Life, the largest pedestrian area in Milan, and from MiCo, the largest conference center in Europe, in an area full of services and well connected to the rest of the city.
The apartment, perfect for both tourists and workers, consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.
The space
The inside is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, cabinet with drawers and hangers;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed for two people, TV, dining table and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- TERRACE with outdoor furniture (table and chairs).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, central heating with valves, air conditioning (split in the living room), hairdryer, washing/dryer machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board.

In case of non-agreed use of extra linen, € 15 will be charged for each linen kit used. Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
