It was a good stay. My only criticism is that the fan was not very powerful and at night you could hear a lot of noise from people (pedestrian area) but other than that everything was very good. Very nice area full of restaurants and a comfortable apartment for a few nights in Milan.

Check-in took place in a timely and accurate manner. We only stayed one night and chose the place, especially for the convenient location near the Assago Forum. The environment was generally clean, surely you can have more care. Our sleep was interrupted several times both in the evening and in the morning because of the clubs just under the window. Despite everything, it was a positive stay.

Location convenient for walking along river with lots of shops and restaurants. Our room had a hole in the window which added to the noise of staying in a very busy neighbourhood on a busy block with restaurants open late. We had to buy a lighter to start the stove. The bed was comfortable and the host was very kind and responsive. The space could use some updates

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and ease of transportation of the house. It's really close to public transportation. You can reach central places such as Duomo in 10-15 minutes. The host was in contact with us from our check in to our check out. Our only problem was the large groups and sounds in front of the house. If you're a light sleeper, it's almost impossible to sleep.

The place complied with everything, very nice and also in an unbeatable location in Milan, in Navigli with access to the metro just steps away. Check-out is until 8am and check-in only until 9pm was free. Knowing this, the value for money is very good.

Since we arrived in Milan very early, the host let us leave our luggage in the apartment before the check-in time which was very nice of him. Unfortunately later we had to wait for the apartment to be cleaned and it took more time than it was anticipated. At the end the apartment wasn’t cleaned very well, there was a strong smell of paint (since they were renovating it) and the floors were covered in white powder from the renovation. There were also spider webs in few places. Apart from that the place is loud but it was obvious given the location above the bars and it didn’t bother us that much. No coffee machine, no dish soap (they gave us hard dishwasher soap, for what use?), shower too little you can barely move in it. Fairly bad experience overall.

Points forts : • The location was strategic, close to the metro and 15 min to the Duomo. • Quite spacious for two people. • Secure. Weak points: • The property requires maintenance, somewhat old-fashioned. • The broken window was not repaired properly, as if metal had been glued to secure it. • Lots of noise at night because of the bars just below and the street cleaning machine in the morning. • Arrival from 15:00, which gives the impression that a good part of the day is already taken. I arrived at 11am and had to wait 4 hours to access the accommodation. The host told me she had contacted me, but I didn't get anything; it would have been better if she contacted me through Airbnb because I was responsive and asked for information in the messages. Overall it's not a bad place, and as I said, the location is very strategic.

I gave this place a 5 star because they are professional in communication with their guests. They care about you and provide all you may need in the apartment ( soap for the washing machine, coffee and tea, olive oil, and sugar - I have first seen them there. Microwave, dishes, pans - amazing chance to cook something easily). Very good location of the place if you are young and want to hang out with friends. But, I want to give some more important details - the curtains did not cover the window and the light from the street did not give you a chance to sleep; the super noisy area and the wooden windows can’t help to make this noise a bit less. This place in the pictures looks a bit better than in real.

Place is like the photos but be aware it is EXTREMELY hot in summer as it has no air conditioning (32C day and night inside), only a couple fans that barely do anything. There is also a lot of street noise down below as there is a bar strip so you can’t really keep your window open when you do go to sleep. Other than that the apartment itself is clean and comfortable and is in a central location which is super convenient. I would recommend it for a couple days stay but perhaps not in the middle of summer like we did. To the owner: please get aircon for future guests!!!

The studio is in a great location, just 2 minutes walk from the metro station, 15 minutes from the city center and the central station by metro. The accommodation is clean and the host is proactive. The only downside is night noise, which can disrupt your sleep. Despite this, it's a good place to stay for a few days.

All in all a good stay. The communication was kind, the welcome nice and the check-in and check-out straightforward. The central location was really great, especially for the price. However, the noise of the bar under the property should not be underestimated. On weekends, loud music plays until the early hours of the morning with a strong bass that made the floor vibrate; noise-cancelling headphones don't help much anymore. This made it practically impossible to fall asleep, at least until around 1-2am. During the week, the noise seems to be more bearable. As this is a very lively and also safe area, we were able to arrange ourselves without major problems in such a way that we only went back to the accommodation afterwards – but we do not recommend underestimating the noise (like us). Otherwise, the place provided everything you need and we would love to come back; but then during the week. Thanks for the interesting experience

The room is located in the heart of Navigli, area of many restaurants for dining or dining and a 20 min walk from the center. It is very helpful if you have little time to visit Milan. While several basic things were missing in the kitchen for example for a newly arriving tea or coffee, the staff were very friendly to buy it the next day, which I really appreciate. The room is very noisy both on the street and the bathroom, there are no moments of stillness so it was difficult to rest.

The apartment was according to the pictures and everything worked out! The location was super nice, right by the canal and with great restaurants and nightlife in the neighborhood. In addition, you are well connected to the center by the metro. Unfortunately, we had to wait a little longer at check-in, but the landlord was available and was a little late.

Great location - I suggest bringing the sleeping corks because being in the Navigli area there is a lot of noise until late at night and if you are not used to it can be annoying. Living downtown ourselves didn't give us any problems. Spartan but clean apartment. Very good indoor temperature despite it being winter. It matches the description. It would have been a 4 out of 5 stars but the big flaws were the broken bed slats on the right side and the shower intercom that splashed everywhere making it almost impossible to take a shower without having to wash your hair. I've noticed that other reviews have reported the same issues, so I strongly suggest that you resolve the issue.

Some miscommunication regarding the check-in process that wasn't very well-received from their side, but understandable to an extent. Nevertheless, once we cleared things up, everything was fine. You must check-in in person, as someone meets you to give you the key at the apartment location, so coordination of arrival is important. The building and entrance of the apartment is smack in the middle of a pedestrian street lined with restaurants. The apartment is actually a few steps away from the Navigli Canal strip of restaurants. So this apartment is right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. And the city doesn't sleep, not even at 3am you might still hear some people outside talking and laughing. Didn't both us at all (esp. being from NYC), but just a heads up when considering this place. 2-3 minutes walking to the metro which was clutch. Getting a taxi from Milano Centrale is a hassle, so taking the metro is easier & only 15 minutes door to door. Would stay again.

The host arrived for check-in more than half an hour late, almost without saying hello. The apartment was definitely better in the photo, the bathroom is really bad, the shower siphon did not work and splashed everywhere. In the evening, being on the canals, there is really a lot of confusion, but that is obviously normal given the position, but I would consider the possibility of putting double glazing, because sleeping on the weekend is impossible. It's not worth the money I spent, I'm sorry.

Small apartment on the boats. The area being very touristy and full of rentals is also very noisy, so you have to be aware of it. Let's say it's not recommended for those looking for silence. For us it was perfect for our travels, well connected with the center and services, so we are fully satisfied with it. Friendly and helpful host. We'll be back !

Our experience there was very nice, perfect for two persons, the apartament is located in a very central and safe area, 2 min away from the metro station; friendly neighbours, (although during the weekend the “street life” gets quite loud, but we didn’t mind, we knew the location, the comunication with the host was perfect. And there are great restaurants in a 1 km range. Great 35 min walk to the Duomo area. Thank you for this great experience, we would gladly return there anytime, and I do recomand the place. Comfortable apartment for two people, practically on the boat (a few steps away). Very convenient to reach by metro "M2". We stayed 2 nights on Friday and Saturday. Quiet palace. Being practically almost on the boat at night it is bustling, in addition to the joy there is also a lot of noise but just close the window and you can't hear anything anymore (the kind of quiet but functional fan is comfortable) The only downside was check-in . Surely there will have been some problems with some other arrival in some other apartments, however we had to wait about 90 minutes for the keys to be brought. Otherwise, including check-out, everything is fine. If I were to go back to Milan (and I hope so) I would consider it again

We enjoyed the AirBnB very much. It had a 70's charm through the tiled bathroom and orange kitchen. The subway was quick to reach and within 5 minutes walk there were great restaurants. Unfortunately, it was very hot in the apartment. Due to the fact that there is a kitchen below the apartment and the apartment does not have air conditioning, the temperature was never below 31 degrees at night.

The location was great right on the street filled with bars and restaurants. We could also walk to city center with no problem. We were informed that there would be noises from the nightlife which was no problem. However, there was extensive renovations in the restaurant below the apartment which we were not informed about. The noises started at 9 in the morning and were so bad we could not hear eachother talk. The check in process was disappointing. We had to wait almost two hours and communication was very poor. For the questions we had during our stay we did not get an answer.

The accommodation matches its description, it is very well served by transport and the proximity to the canal is pleasant, however noise is a factor to be taken into account because in summer at least the bars on the ground floor close between one and two in the morning. Check-in was flexible thanks to the responsiveness of the host. The apartment is well suited for a short stay in Milan.

We were able to check in early which was amazing, and the apartment was clean and safe, in a beautiful classic building in a great neighborhood. It’s on a very busy street with restaurants and bars right out the window, so it’s quite loud until late in the evening if you have your window open (and theres no AC, so if it’s hot out, you will!). There was also an extremely loud street cleaner driving back and forth past our window after 3am on Saturday night, probably to clean up after all the outdoor restaurants. But it was a really great place for what we needed on this short trip and we had a lot of fun checking out the flea markets on the weekend along the canal, right outside the bnb. If you’re not a light sleeper or plan to stay out late anyways, the noise is really not a big issue and we had a great time in Milan.

The location was great, right on top of loads of bars and restaurants, and right next to the canal, as well as a few minute walk to the closest metro, so we didn’t need to venture far on the nights we didn’t fancy. This did come with noise but we weren’t fussed. The bed was big and comfy with lots of wardrobe space & working TV with Netflix. The only downside to this place is the room did get hot and we only had one fan & window. But apart from that we loved our short weekend in this place!

What a lovely Airbnb to stay at for my first time visiting Milan! The location is perfect if you’re looking to experience slice of life in Milan. It’s right off the train station, a five minute walk and above a bar! My friends and I were able to witness Milan’s nightlife in this popping area, and walk over the bridge with beautiful views to take in. Monica was incredibly helpful and responsive, with a friendly spirit! Thank you.

Great location right in the middle of Navigli life, the apartment is on top of bars / restaurants, with a great view right to the street which is full of people during the evening. The apartment was as described, older style but very clean and organized, with all the amenities needed. The host has been very friendly and made the checkin/checkout very easy. Giving the location, in the night you can hear the activity outside, so if this bothers you, you need to have the correct expectations. For us this was not a problem at all, it actually gives the apartment a very nice vibe, being full of life. I would come back for sure.

We loved this Airbnb! It’s the perfect location, right in the middle of Navigli. You can easily walk to all the restaurants and bars, and it’s also really close to transit. The place was clean, and the host was easy to communicate with. The shower was a little tight, but given how great everything else was I would still stay there again.

Great check in and check out. Communication was perfect throughout the stay. Only downside was the lack of AC which made it incredibly hard to sleep and spend time in the studio. As it’s right above a pub and on a street with many bars it was very loud until late at night and also in the morning. Would recommend for one night maybe two, but not for any longer.

Exactly as described - very functional apt in excellent location. Very loud at night and early in mornings (it’s above a bar), we were mostly able to sleep through it though bare in mind if you plan to sleep early. Location is fantastic with tens of excellent bars just mins away. 20 min tram to Duomo and right next to Metro. Apt was clean, check-in and out was easy.

The apartment fits given description. Location is perfect for the public transport to navigate around Milan and the apartment is very clean. Only downside can be the noise at nighttime if one has light sleep. All in all a very pleasant stay! :)

The location of the apartment is good but it is located on a street with a lot of nightlife and there is a lot of noise at night. It has one floor of stairs to get to the elevator. The apartment is equipped with the basics ,quite scarce , there are no blankets and in the time we have been cold ,they leave a single roll of toilet paper for the entire stay …

The place is exactly like in the pictures and it’s really clean. You get exactly what you see. It’s on a very busy street though so noisy at night and also in the morning when they collect the garbage. Be prepared with some earplugs.
