The accommodation is located in an exceptional position, overlooking the Darsena and a 650m walk from the Navigli, a lovely and strategic area in the semi-centre of Milan. Authentic romantic and artistic setting full of places and evocative photographic views!
The apartment has modern and functional furnishings and is equipped with all comforts!
- OPEN KITCHEN with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, moka and fully equipped with kitchen utensils;
- LIVING ROOM with dining area, double sofa bed, split AC and smart TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, split AC and reading corner;
- BATHROOM with suspended bathroom furniture, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle;
- BALCONY with table, chairs and Dock view
In all rooms there are windows with thermo-acoustic insulation equipped with electric shutters and mosquito nets.
Additional services available to the guest: unlimited wifi, central heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, hairdryer.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Although checking into the apartment was a bit chaotic (problem with the key, no garage despite it being mentioned in the listing), customer service was very responsive, and I would like to thank them very much for that. The pleasant surprise was the flat: modern, with all the necessary comforts. In short, we had a wonderful stay in Milan. Thank you, Guest Home, for the goodwill gesture following the parking issue.
