The property is located just a minute's walk from the "Argonne" stop on the metro line 4 (blue) and a 15-minute walk from the "Milano-Forlanini" train station.
The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and two balconies.
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, desk with chair, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, SMART TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, moka, electric kettle, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY I (access from the bedroom);
- BALCONY II (access from the living room).
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split inverter (2 units), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
ATTENTION: the apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible exclusively via stairs. Additionally, there are steps to access the building.

A very nice place. Close to the metro, although you need to make several jumps to different lines to go to the Duomo or Milano Centrale. Check-in was super easy and the host was very responsive, even allowing us to check in earlier so we could store our luggage.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was spotless and very clean. The place is well-equipped with everything you might need, and its location is perfect — just a short walk from the metro. The host was extremely kind and always available to help or answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
