The interior space is organized as follows:- BEDROOM with double bed, single bed and wardrobe;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C and KITCHENETTE with induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine;
- BALCONY (access from the living room).
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning via split unit (one split in the living room), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
ATTENTION: there is no split A/C in the bedroom.

When we arrived at the unit we were immediately met with a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and there was no toilet paper in the unit. When we reached out to the hosts to asked them about this, they did not respond to our messages. After 5 days of staying there, they did not respond to a single one of our messages at all, completely ignored. On top of this, the unit was filthy with dirt all inside the pullout couch and on the mattress in the master bedroom. It pretty much looks like someone came in, made sure there was no large pieces of trash on the floor, left a couple soaps, and left. Never in my life have I ever seen something like this, having stayed in a many different AirBnBs and hotels in a many different countries. The unit itself is not bad and the area is ok for access to other places, but given my experiences with this host I would just advise anyone thinking of renting this unit to be aware of what you’re getting into.

The place was clean and spacious. The only downside was the noise: there’s basically no sound insulation, so we could hear the neighbors all the time. There were also building works going on, even late at night, and it happened almost every day. It really affected our sleep, which was a bummer. Other than that, the stay was good.

The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and simple. The apartment is small but very complete. I only used it to sleep because I took advantage of my time to do some sightseeing. It is in a good area, easily connected to the center by public transport and with many bars and restaurants at a very good price. Provide blankets, towels and gel. The walls are thin and in the morning I was awakened by the work above, but they respected the hours of silence.
