Cozy apartment of about 70 sqm, located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator (with a ramp for access), in a well-served area just a few steps from the M1 metro and a short distance from San Siro Stadium.
The apartment is equipped with all the main comforts and consists of a living room with an open kitchen, sofa (single sofa bed), and dining table, one double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet. Internal facing with a balcony accessible from the living room.
The space
The apartment consists of:
- LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHENETTE: gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, kitchen utensils, dining table, sofa bed (1 place) and flat screen TV;
- BEDROOM: double bed and large wardrobe;
- WALK-IN CLOSET with mirror;
- BATHROOM: bathtub/shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, split A/C (only in the living area), central heating, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The apartment is good in the sense that it has a generous kitchen and bathroom. But details were missing, which, even if they are small, count. The bins had no bags, there was no soap to wash dishes so we bought it, and we asked them to arrange the sofa bed before arriving but it was not ready, we notified the host and nothing happened either. The heater fails a lot. The area is average, although nothing happened to us. Positive points, it has a pharmacy and market next door and very close to the metro. That helped us a lot and helped us in many ways.

It was an okay stay, apart from the issues with the digital lock. I know issues can happen, but they don’t provide support after 10pm. So if something happens with the lock, then you are left on the street if you have a late dinner. We had this issue, but fortunately only the entrance lock was offline and the neighbours let us in. Would never stay there again because of it. Another thing is that the shower drain was already clogged and the water wasn’t flowing down properly

Apartment matches the photos. Lots of problems. The lack of hot water with the water heater that cuts off. The air conditioning that ran all the time along the radiator and the wall near the balcony window. As soon as you get back, you have to wring it out and clean it. Hello holidays. Finally, we need to change the sofa, not forgetting kitchen utensils such as scissors, salad cutlery and a coffee maker. Dishwashing products and laundry products do not exist.
