The property is located just 7 minutes by car from the Niguarda hospital and 9 minutes on foot from the DERGANO stop on the M3 (Yellow line) and 15 minutes on foot from the School of Design of the Politecnico Milano - Bovisa. A neighborhood very popular with young people and students during the day, in the evening it is quieter and well served by supermarkets.
The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, TV and split A/C;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: washing machine, unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), hairdryer, clothes horse and iron.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
