Bright and welcoming apt of 32sqm located near Isola district and Garibaldi / Piazza Gae Aulenti, which can also be reached on foot in about 25minutes through streets full of shops, restaurants and with the possibility of admiring the skyline of the Unicredit skyscrapers, Bosco Verticale and Porta Nuova!
The Central Station is 2km away, Piazza Duomo 4km.
The accommodation is located in a quiet street with few traffic, with the possibility of paying parking in front of the house (on blue stripes)
ATTENTION: the lift works with a key stored in the house, so for the first access it is necessary to walk the two floors.
Internally the house consists of:
-Entrance with open kitchen area equipped with induction hob, moka, microwave oven, small table with chairs. access to a small terrace with silent exposure;
-Bed area with double bed.
-Toilette with shower, bidet, toilet and sink.
OTHER SERVICES: washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, clothes hanger, split heating, clothesline, iron and ironing board, split A / C, unlimited WIFI, smart TV. No radiators, in winter you can switch the A/C split on heat mode.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
