The inside is organized as follows:- LIVING AREA with sofa, desk, TV and KITCHENETTE (gas hob, oven, refrigerator, moka, kettle, kitchenware and dining table);
- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and two chairs;
- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and WC.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: washing machine, wifi, heating, air conditioning (split in the living area and in the bedroom), iron and ironing board, coat hanger, drying rack and hairdryer.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check ins after 21.30 until 23.00 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro.

The red carpet in the entrance area puts the bar for the apartment too high... which is unfortunately disappointed. The place is practically closer to the train station and metro station. Unfortunately, the apartment smells a lot of cold smoke. Also the kitchen could be a little better equipped. The bed is in need of renovation and the air conditioner is not working properly either. Unfortunately, our check-in was only possible 45 minutes later than indicated in the advertisement, as the service was delayed.

House is spacious but did not give us homely vibe. Apartment is quite old with less lighting. Wash basin was choking. Bath tub partition is too old to handle. Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Previously used dishes and utensils were not cleaned properly. Oven and electric kettle were too dirty to use. We somehow managed our 2 nights stay here. The only positive thing about this house is its location. Just 5mins walk from Centrale station.

Apartments were easy to find, close to the train station, that is very convenient. Apartments were clean also, but listing better than real flat. The most sad story is that the bed and mattresses were very bad. Actually there are two small mattresses instead of one, so if you love to slip together with tour spouse it is hard to do. Also the mattresses are of poor quality, you may expect low back pain the day after, and pillows are very uncomfortable also. Also there is mold in the sleeping room Otherwise it’s ok

Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th. - In case of non-agreed use of extra linen, € 15 will be charged for each linen kit used. - Respect for the hours of silence from 22:00 to 08:00. I ask you to consider the following friendly rules designed to make the house more pleasant for all my guests: - leave the apartment tidy; - do not smoke in the apartment; - avoid noises on the stairs and in other common areas; - turn off all lights before going out; - parties and other types of events are not allowed. For check in after 9.30 pm and until 11.00 pm a supplement of 25 euros is required. We are unable to check in after 11pm. The apartment is on the ground floor, but there are STAIRS to access it.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
