The property is located about 1 km from the lively Isola district and a few steps from the Central Station, the departure and arrival point of multiple public transport means that allow you to reach the city's main points of interest, the airports and other Italian cities.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and two chairs;
- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and WC.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: washing machine, wifi, heating, air conditioning (split in the living area and in the bedroom), iron and ironing board, coat hanger, drying rack and hairdryer.

For check ins after 21.30 until 23.00 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro.

Great apartment! Very bright, tidy and pleasant. The linen and towels are fresh, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances. Check-in was easy and smooth. Hosts are always available and ready to help. We had only positive impressions of our stay and sincerely recommend it!

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours daily from October 15 to April 15. - In the event of non-agreed use of extra linen, €15 will be charged for each linen kit used. - Respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. I ask you to consider the following friendly rules designed to make the house more pleasant for all my guests: - leave the apartment tidy; - do not smoke in the apartment; - Avoid making noise on the stairs and in other common areas; - turn off all lights before leaving; - Parties and other types of events are not allowed. For check-in after 9:30 p.m. and until 11:00 p.m., a supplement of 25 euros is required. We are unable to check in after 11:00 p.m. The apartment is on the ground floor, but there are STAIRS to access it.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
