The apartment has good equipment, it was already set up for the 2nd bed, as we needed, it has 2 TVs (which is rare!) although one is very small. The only note concerns the condition of the mosquito nets, which are essential: the one in the bedroom is useless, the one in the living room has some repairs done, but none of them slide well. Apartment suitable for those with interests in the area, the connection with the central station can be complicated due to the buses not respecting the timetable. In summary, the quality/price ratio, for Milan (although we are almost in Pero), is honest.

We just spent 2 nights in this condo and enjoyed it very much. The Metro is a 15 minute walk and easily takes you into the city. Across the street is a little restaurant with very good gelato, we stopped there several times. The condo was pristine, perfect size for the 3 of us. The host checked in with us and was very responsive.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
