We had mixed feelings about this stay. Communication before arrival was great, but it quickly went downhill once we got the keys. The apartment had no heating, and no one mentioned it until I asked. The first night was quite cold, and we had to stay dressed to feel comfortable. They promised to fix it but never kept us informed. When it was finally fixed, it only worked partially. The toilet flush was broken, and the place smelled like fish from an unwashed oven. I would've washed it myself, but there were no cleaning supplies, garbage bags, or kitchen towels. Only two tiny hand soaps were provided for four people staying five nights. The knives were dull, the cutting board was falling apart, and there was no mop or shower rug, so we had to use our own towels to clean spills. Do you expect guests to buy all these themselves and leave them behind? The apartment is beautiful, but it wasn’t properly cleaned. We only expected the basics, cleanliness, heating, and essential amenities

accommodation with unspecified sockets, alarm that sounds every night around 1.30 a.m., fan out of order, bathtub drain out of order, toilet flush broken, kitchen shutter that does not go down, dishwasher that is filled with water but has not turned or emptied, no light on the terraces, very late response from the host, work on the facade and in front of the accommodation, 2 workers passing by two days in a row so impossible to go out and enjoy the city and for the third time we were stood up, I strongly advise against this accommodation which is overpriced for the quality of the property. Host who refuses a partial refund because "it's not in our policy" I will never go back to them because with all the problems encountered over 10 days of stay I was not able to fully enjoy my holiday. Fortunately, Airbnb support was there to help us with this most deplorable Host.
