Cozy apartment with 45m2 balcony, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the fifth floor of a building in the Bullona area equipped with a lift. The property is located in a strategic area, a few minutes walk from the “Gerusalemme” and “Domodossola” metro stops (M5 – Lilla line) and from City Life, the largest pedestrian area in Milan.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.
The space
The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils), dining table. Split AC

- BEDROOM with double bed and access to the balcony. Split AC

- BATHROOM (with a step) with shower cubicle, sink, bidet, WC, washing machine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with radiators, iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April.

N.B. completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
