Location is very near to Metro, just a few steps to Metro. The host is quick to reply. All the facilities are good and all functioning well. Loved the washing machine and dishwasher. Stove and pots and pans all in good condition. It's mostly quiet day and night. Very quiet at night and safe. The windows are secured with railings and mesh wires so we feel safe to open window to sleep at night. Walking distance to supermarkets, pizzaria, cafes and City Life shopping mall and parks. We stay for a week and always discovering new places to explore. Checkout is a breeze. Thanks for hosting us.

We were very satisfied, especially because of the communication and cleanliness. The only problem was the Wi-Fi. This has not been able to connect with us.

We felt very comfortable and many kitchen utensils were available. The apartment is near a subway station and you could also walk to many beautiful residential areas and sights. Unfortunately, the Internet only worked for the first two days, which unfortunately was not fixed. But otherwise we were completely satisfied with everything! I can recommend the apartment!

Great place, great location and very spacious. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, you can sleep with the window open without any problems.

The apartment is in an extremely quiet and peaceful area and close to the metro. The apartment is super big, it feels good! Alex was welcoming and responsive during our exchanges! Really, if we come back to Milan we will come back without hesitation!

In the summer, don't forget that it can be hot in Milan. Air conditioning would be a plus. Otherwise, a fan is available and was sufficient for me, but a second one could be appreciated.

The place is nice and the best thing about it is how close is it to the metro station. Very easy access to public transport in any directions. I would have love that the place to be cleaner. Otherwise, all good.

The fun was almost broken. It must be replaced. Also the toilet has a smell. Stefano was perfect in his communication and very helpful. The location is near to the metro station and we moved in the city easily.

The apartment is a fantastic location, literally next to the Metro station and surrounded by some of the best local pizzerias and Gelatos 😋 Check in was great, Yousef was amazing and super friendly. My train was delayed and he waited for me until I got to the apartment. Highly recommended for single person or couples wanting to visit Milan. The neighbourhood is very quiet and pleasant. Will definitely use again when I’m back in Milan.

We arrived and the host met us Unfortunately we did not have hot water and despite reporting it could not be resolved by the host Being winter has caused us a big problem Also the WC was losing water and wet the entire bathroom The host reported that they would make a refund but did not. The apartment is fine and well located near the metro in a very good and quiet area

comfortable and spacious apartment located in a very well-served area, with all the amenities working. I only report two issues: the apartment is on the mezzanine floor so all the noises of the street are perceptible inside the sofa was in very dirty fabric and a lot of dust was felt to the touch, fortunately I used a backup comforter found in the closet as a sofa cover and I avoided direct contact; also the curtains showed several very visible and unbuilding stains overall, the apartment is acceptable.

Great location, a stone's throw from the Buonarroti metro. High price for being an apartment (so no breakfast, coffee, etc.) but Milan only offers prices out of their heads, so that's fine

Me and my partner stayed here for a few nights for our first visit to Milan and LOVED it! The apartment was located in a beautiful area with great restaurants & right next to the metro into central. The bed was so comfy & apartment had everything we needed. Daniele met us for check in at the property, giving us some great local recommendations and was reachable at all times if needed! Couldn’t have asked for a friendlier welcome to Milan! We will definitely be coming back & would recommend this apartment 100%!

Place is very nice and well located. Check in was done through an agency and it worked very well. only issue was that the mattrass qas very old and hard and the pillows were not good. I recommend them to change them sincw it is really annoying

Really enjoyed the stay in this spacious and beautiful apartment, although we only spent 1.5 days there. I really liked that we were met and checked in at a very late time, we were always in touch with us on the day of check-in and I did not worry. Thanks for that! There was great and stable WiFi, my girlfriend and I worked. The apartment is very close to the bus stop and the metro, there are nice cafes and restaurants. I recommend this place! :)

A spacious apartment, clean and in line with the photos. Bed very comfortable. Heating on cold days we were keeping the house very hot. The Metro line that takes you downtown and communicates with the airport train is very close. In the area there is a supermarket and restaurants.

The maintainer had to intervene at 10pm alerted by the owner who did not notify us guests and we found the electrician in the house, who also had to come back several times since he lacked pieces. It had to replace the bathroom light bulb, although there were two more lights in the environment.

Very comfortable apartment as a location, practically above the Metro. Some problems not attributable to management but easily resolved thanks to super responsive communication (despite it being Christmas!). To access the apartment you need to make a short flight of stairs down before you can take the elevator to the mezzanine floor. There are no sponges and dish soap, no oil/salt, so if it's also used for cooking, you should remember to take them.

The house is in a great location and in a safe neighborhood. At night you sleep well, there is no excessive noise. As for the inside of the house, there is a response to the photos. It's pretty clean except for the fridge and towels that were stained, plus there aren't any garbage cans. At check-in I was not told anything about the house and I had to wait an hour for the key exchange with respect to the scheduled time. The door lock is a bit defective as it's hard to pull out the key, but at least it closes. Overall for a stay of a few days, it is feasible to "live there".
