Roomy 106 sqm apartment located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift. The accommodation can comfortably host up to 4 people and is equipped with all comforts.
The property is located in the Città Studi district, just a 7-minute walk from the M1 "Lima" stop (red line) and a 12-minute walk from the "Milano Porta Venezia" train station.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and two balconies.
- BEDROOM I with double bed, built-in wardrobe, armchair and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds (one of which is pull-out), wardrobe, coat rack and EN-SUITE BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink and WC;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchairs, TV, dining table with chairs and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka, kitchenware, wine glasses and small table with stools;
- BATHROOM with tub-shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY I (access from the living room) with boiler;
- BALCONY II (access from bedroom II).
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with wall radiators, air conditioning via split (2 units), washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

The apartment was large, but it was very dirty, where the hand was placed was sticking, the kitchen had poorly washed pans, the whole microwave fattened, the stove dirty, it did not have a dish cloth, it did not leave detergent, we had to buy everything disposable because to use that dish it needed to have courage, dust everywhere, the bathroom smelled bad, left 1 bath towel for a week, the air conditioning did not work with a heat of almost 40 degrees, the elevator broke the second day and we had to go up and down 4 floors for several days, very difficult for three 60+ people, burnt lamps, the bathtub had a dirty water coming back from the drain, not to mention that in the check in the person who was supposed to deliver the keys delayed more than two hours and we were in the street under a scorching solder. Unfortunately, our review is poor, we were disappointed, we paid the amount that was requested and we did not receive the promised service
