Cozy apartment of about 60 sqm located on the second floor of a building without a lift. The accommodation can host up to 4 people and is equipped with all comforts.
The property is located in the Navigli district, a lively area, well served by public transport and full of services, such as restaurants, bars and shops.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and a small balcony.
The space
The internal space is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM I with double bed, built-in wardrobe and desk with chair;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the balcony;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV and dining table with chairs;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet, WC and washing machine;
- BALCONY (access from bedroom II).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with wall radiators, air conditioning via split (1 unit), drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

ATTENTION: the two bedrooms are NOT equipped with air conditioning. There is only one split A/C located in the hallway.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

The apartment itself was fine, but unfortunately the experience was not as good as expected. When we arrived, the bed wasn’t made, which was disappointing after a long trip. Also, there wasn’t enough toilet paper provided for our stay only half roll, thanks. The floor was quite dusty and didn't seem to be cleaned properly as I noticed lots of dust on my clothes when I picked up a clothes from the floor. With a little more attention to these details, the stay could have been much better.

We were treated disgracefully. We arrived at 4pm and had a call at 5pm to say we had to leave as they had to do maintenance the next morning. The alternative apartment they offered was nowhere near the location and much smaller so they said we must ask AirBnB to get us an alternative. Due to the lateness I said we will stay the first night and vacate early the next morning to allow the workmen to start. The work WAS NOT URGENT and I have clear proof of this but they refused to let us stay so we had to contact AirBnB in the Netherlands who weren't able to find alternative accommodation. The host didn't even call me directly, instead letting his admin lady deal with it. The process took over 2 hours of EXTREME stress. Eventually AirBnB agreed we should stay for 1 night and not be charged. I have still not received a full apology from the host. An appalling experience. AirBnB agreed and offered there own coupon as compensation. This is the first time I have ever complained about a host.

The neighbourhood is not exceptional (a lot of graffiti on the walls) but close to the centre of Milan and the supermarket is a stone's throw away. Spacious and relatively clean apartment. Improvement points: the bathroom/toilet door is difficult to open and close and the water heater a little capricious... for the dishes it's fine but for the shower, it's a little annoying!
