Thanks to the clear instructions left before arriving at the accommodation, entering was easy despite not being a usual method. The location is very convenient both for walking and by public transport. The supermarket is also very useful, just a stone's throw away. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, if we really have to look for a fly in the ointment, the living room does not have great lighting and the toilet flush in the bathroom was working but broken. We would definitely consider it again if we were to return to Milan.

It's very convenient, with air conditioning and a washing machine, and is close to the center of Milan. However, there is one drawback: the shower. It starts out warm but gets cold within a few minutes. I wish the shower was better. And if you don't have WP downloaded, it's difficult to communicate. WP is not mainstream in my country, so I didn't download it. So it was very difficult to communicate.

We stayed here for two nights. The apartment is spacious and modernly furnished. The location is good, the nearest stop is quick to reach. The communication was very accommodating.

Central location and walkable to a bunch of restaurants. Very clean, and a comfortable stay. The doorknob was tricky and we never got the hang of it but otherwise no problems. Just do your research on blackouts in Italy so you don’t find yourself in the dark!

We enjoyed our stay. The host accommodated us on the first day by arranging an additional bed next to the double bed in the bedroom, as well as providing other advice regarding the apartment. The area where the apartment is located is excellent, quiet, and close to many places where you can enjoy going out in beautiful Milan. All in all, a fantastic time, the apartment is good, highly recommended.

Good place for the finances requested. However, check in is just a fiasco. I flew in later than other residents and it turned out that, firstly, the key to the entrance door to the entrance was not provided. Secondly, the code the hosts sent didn't match the lock. My colleagues couldn't get into the apartment for two hours, they called and texted the hosts, but the situation was not resolved until after I contacted the hosts upon arrival. And only then we received a new code. Then they tried to turn the handle on the lock, which also took an hour of nervous attempts. There was also only one cup for 4 people. When the washing machine was on, traffic jams flew out. And as a cherry on the cake - the hosts urgently needed to get into the property exactly at the moment when we were not at home and we could not come. Not once in all my travels, I have not had so much hassle about the questions with the apartment.

The stay was nice! However, the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear neighbours from time to time. Also, power outages occured when more appliances were turned on. Overall, it was great!

At first glance, everything seemed very okay, but with the meals we noticed that there was only 1 glass present, that there was no dish soap, sponge, rag or kitchen towel and only one tablet for the dishwasher. We let the host know about this but my messages were ignored. There was also only 1 and half roll of toilet paper available for 3 people for 5 days. You can imagine that this was far too little. We found these defects very unfortunate as it was originally a nice apartment.

Nice apartment, clean (dust under the bed, but the structure reaches up to a few cm from the ground and I imagine it makes it difficult to vacuum underneath), recent decor. Self check-in. Wi-fi well-functioning. Quite quiet. Supermarkets nearby, well connected (tram), metro not far away and reachable on foot. The only flaw: from the photos it seems that the terrace (in the room) overlooks the boat: it actually overlooks an elevated parking lot. Average prices of the zone.

A really nice and well-furnished apartment. Definitely good value for money. Nearby the house passes all the necessary ways to move around Milan and just below there is an Esselunga. The decor is modern and new and we found the house clean and tidy.

The places is clean and newly renovated, however there are 3 critical shortcomings: 1, check-in: we had a horrible check-in. My 60 something years parents and I were stuck outside desperately for over 1 hour. The guidance was to press the key and to call a number on my own phone at the same time, neither of these actions opened the main gate. I called the host phone number on airbnb right away, nobody answered, I left many messages on airbnb, nobody replied. We were stuck outside on a rainy day with 8 pieces of luggages. Finally, We got in because a resident of the building opened the door for us, and the host(clearly it’s a company, they refer to each other as colleagues, which makes it even more unprofessional) did not reply to my message UNTIL DAY 3. 2nd nightmare came when we finally reached to the apartment door. The lock is super difficult to open, we pressed the right number but it just doesn’t open. Later when we finally came in ( after 30 min, even the neighbour came to check out us), we tried using the key to open it, it’s just super difficult to twist. It would be great if the lock is tried and checked by the host company. It did not become easier as we open more times. Also, the wifi password is wrong, we had to check the router ourselves in order to get the correct one. The correct password is just one line lower than the wrong one. 2, Electricity tripped off 4 times in 3 days. I used to study in Milan for 2 years thus I understand how unstable and weak the electricity system is in some of the old buildings. This apartment is equipped with 2 AC(which could be a great plus if it works) , and they put a electrical water kettle in the kitchen. DO NOT PUT THAT MANY DEVICES IF THE APARTMENT CANT HANDLE IT. First time it tripped off, we were using 1 AC, and using the water kettle to boil water. We were so traumatized and put the water kettle away right after that power off. 2nd time was when we were simply using 3 stoves, it tripped off again. 3rd time was when we were using 1AC and 1 stove. If it’s not my dad, we would just stay in dark the whole night without heating. Of course, I messaged them right away about the electricity and asked where the power vault is, nobody replied until the 3rd day. It happened so many times that my mom shut off all AC when cooking, or just used one AC to keep warm at night. If the apartment doesn’t have enough capacity for all these electrical devices, why put them there? We had to use our low battery phone in pitch black to check where the vault is and to guess our apartment number then to turn the light back on. The power off happened after we went through the main door nightmare, the apartment door struggle. First night was such a battle for us. 3, Communication. Nobody seems to care about how we checked in. We left tons of messages about the check-in, the wifi, and the sudden power off. The next message was On the 3rd day, and It wasn’t an apology,It’s funny when I described my problem( the check-in and wifi, and the constant power off) they didn’t seem to care about what happened, just asked me to send them the correct wifi password, and where I found the vault to turn the light back on, as I’m the host and I’m responsible to provide the solution to them. It left us feeling extremely unsettled and even scared to leave the apartment all together to avoid opening the difficult door…it was my WORST check-in experience out of all my 9 years airbnb times. It’s absolutely unacceptable to ignore our messages on the check in day for the above-mentioned urgent requests. The apartment location is quite good, steps to Esselunga, and many main buses and tram. It’s newly renovated, kitchen is well equipped with utensils. If it’s not the host is unreachable, and the super difficult door, it would be a nice stay. 这些地方新是很新，但是有 3 个致命的缺点： 1，入住：简直是一场噩梦，我和我60 多岁的父母在雨中被困在大门外一个多小时。开门指示是同时按下指定号码按键和拨打我自己手机上的一个号码，怎么拨打都打不开正门。我们又冷又饿又怕今晚要露宿街头。我看打不开立刻拨了房东airbnb上写的电话，没人接，我又留了好多言留了我电话，也没人接。 下雨天，一家三口带着 8 件行李被困在外面。 最后进去是因为楼里的一个住户给我们开门，房东（是一个公司、好几个人管理账号，更不能接受）直到第3天才回复我的消息 . 当我们上楼到达公寓门口时，第二个噩梦来了。 锁超级难开，我们按了正确的数字，但就是怎么打也打不开。 后来我们终于进来了（30分钟后，连邻居都来问候我们），我们试着用钥匙打开它，还是超级难拧。 如果这家公司自己让人来尝试并检查锁，就不会出现这种问题了 此外，wifi密码完全是错的，我们自己检查路由器才能获得正确的密码。 2、3天内停电4次。 我自己米兰住过2年，所以我知道一些老房子经常断电。这间公寓配备了 2 台空调。他们在厨房里放了一个电水壶。 拜托这家老板，如果公寓无法承受那么多电器同时使用，就不要放那么多电器！第一次跳闸时，我们开了的是一个空调，也在用电水壶烧水。 啪的一下全家一片漆黑……断电后立即把水壶收起来。 第二次断电，我们只使用 3 个炉头，又是全家一片黑。第三次是我们使用 1个空调1 个炉子的时候。 如果不是我爸一个工程师，我们直接得在寒冷的黑夜睡一晚。当然了，我立刻在平台给他们留言，说了断电的事，并询问了总闸在哪里，直到第 3 天都没有人回复。 断电发生了太多次，我妈害怕的做饭时关掉了所有的空调，或者晚上只用一个空调取暖。 第一晚我们简直整晚都在担惊受怕，太难了…… 3、沟通。 似乎没有人关心我们入住情况，我们留下了好多关于入住开门开不了，wifi 密码不工作和突然断电的消息。 再接到他们消息是在第 3 天，对我们的问题只字不提，仿佛没有发生过。当我描述我的问题时（艰难入住和 wifi密码错误，以及不断断电）他们似乎并不关心发生了什么，只是要求我向他们发送正确的 wifi 密码，以及我在哪里找到的总闸，仿佛我是房东，我才应该为他们提供解决方案。 不能顺利开门让我们全家都不敢一起出门，得留一个人在家一直……这是我 9 年来最糟糕的入住体验。 对于入住进不了门这种紧急要求，居然三天后回复是绝对不能接受的。 公寓本身的话，位置还不错，几步就到Esselunga，还有很多主要的公交车和电车。 房子新装修的，厨房用具一应俱全。 如果不是房东永远联系不上，还有超难打开的门，和不断跳闸猜不透的电，应该是不错的住宿体验。
