This was a great place to stay. I brought myself and 4 others to stay in this large place and we had plenty of room. Overall location is great as there are near by attractions and restaurant. Since it is in Barrio Alto and it is a lively place at night be prepared for a bit of noise into the late hours of the night (as mentioned in the description, however most nights we were already out until 11 or 12am so it was only for an hour or two after coming back). Overall super comfortable place to stay. Great views of the city and river. Would easily stay here again.

Gorgeous, very spacious flat. Host was easy to communicate with. The area has everything you need. However, trust the other reviewers when they say it is noisy at night. There is a party every night on the street right below. The view of the castle from the balcony was worth it though. I’ll just bring ear plugs next time.

We loved our stay! The apartment is spacious, tastefully minimalist, and feels like home right away. Perfectly located in Bairro Alto: bars and restaurants all around, yet quiet at night. A minimarket open until midnight is just around the corner, and there’s even an elevator. The small balcony offers a breathtaking city view – we spent hours watching the sunset. Beds are comfy, the shower has great pressure and hot water, and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine. Check-in was smooth, communication easy and friendly. Only one regret: we forgot to bring a Bluetooth speaker. It would have been perfect to enjoy some music in the evening. Next time! Highly recommended – just don’t book it when we want to come back.

We had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again on our next visit to Lisbon. The apartment is as described and the host couldn’t have done more to make it easy for us. The street below the apartment gets busy at night, but that suited us absolutely fine and made it a good location for our trip

We had a wonderful stay at Filipa' apartment. Everything was as described in the post. But we were most impressed by the thoughtfulness of our host. There was a country-wide power outage during one of the days of our stay and we were locked out of the apartment. We tried contacting Filipa through messages and the app but due to network being down, she did not receive any messages. When she received the message a few hours later, she was kind enough to drive all the way to the apartment to help us out during the blackout with the physical key. She went above and beyond what was required of her as a host and we appreciate her kindness so much. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with many cafes at a walkable distance. Overall will recommend this stay.

Extremely well located for local amenities, restaurants and walking tours - we enjoyed our stay and the views from the living room were a treat. The place was clean, had all the necessities such as an iron, hairdryer, towels, coffee machine etc and Filipa was great at communicating check in and for any questions we had. Really enjoyed ourselves, thank you!

Cute place. Clean. Party neighborhood but pretty quiet upstairs. Beautiful view especially for new year’s eve fireworks. Kitchen with good amount of stuff to cook easily. Living room sofa old and uncomfortable. No crib or high chair as expected.

We didn't clarify where the listing was during the chat-in process. I deliberately chose a place with two bathrooms, but one bathroom was completely clogged with water and could not be used. However, the bedding was clean and the accommodation was generally clean. The surroundings were a little noisy, but the location was also good. In the future, it would be nice to have smooth communication and clear instructions. I had a good stay:)

Great place to stay with easy access to all of the central city. One thing to note is that there is a pub street outside, so it can be a bit noise at times during the night (everything seems to close at 02:00 though)

The apartment did not meet our expectations. The design itself is ok, though rather non-descript as it’s obviously an apartment rental rather than a personal home. The street goes beyond normal noise. The street is full of tacky tourist bars blasting music from 5pm to 3-4 am. It’s impossible to have the doors open in the evening and night. Had we known it was this bad we would have rented a place a few streets down where it’s quiet. Lastly, the communication with the host was absolutely unacceptable. Both drains in the bathrooms were blocked, and we notified the host who didn’t respond until 24 hours later. When we asked about transportation from the airport (3 times) before arriving, we simply didn’t get a response. We have 2 Airbnb’s in Denmark and are thus used to dealing with guests, and I can honestly say this is not the way to be a host. The charm of renting and Airbnb as per original concept is lost with these rental-companies which is a shame.

Location was Perfect! Close to everything. The apartment is on the 4th floor we used elevator when we arrived not sure what happened but elevator was not working last 2 days of our trip we made it through but 4 flights was a bit much. We feel like we burned off all the sangria and gelato so good thing there. The apartment was very spacious and spread out and loved to people watch from the balcony patio. Beds were very comfy and big bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again host was very helpful and responsive.

The apartment was large, beautiful and exactly as described. Easy to check-in with clear instructions, and check-out was a breeze as they take care of cleaning for you. The apartment is very centrally located, right in the Chiado area so food and shopping is literally just mins away. One thing to note is this particular street turns into a party street on the weekends so something to note if you are coming as a family. Otherwise, the windows are double-glazed so the noise gets entirely shut out if you keep them closed. Will definitely recommend if you are coming with friends. :)

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this place. It’s right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the night clubs but you can’t hear them at night time. The place was comfortable, clean and much bigger than we expected. Filipa is very responsive and even organised a WiFi extender for us without any hesitation. There are several restaurants nearby suiting all budgets. Handy tip to know is that the apartment is on the 4th floor but there is a functional elevator within the building! Would definitely stay here again.

We liked the spacious flat and the utilities in the apartment. The beds and the linen were excellent and very comfy! However, it is not mentioned until you arrive, that the place is located on the most noisy street in town! All the bars and parties are on that street! It is going on until 3:00 AM every night. Not a good choice for families with kids, as us. Maybe young people visiting Lisboa to have a party will enjoy it a lot. Not enough room for clothes. Very basic furniture, and old doors between the rokms, but has everything necessary to stay there.

Perfect place for my bachelorette party! The location was central, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the city. The apartment itself was perfect for our group of 7 girls - spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Filipa was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. The only minor inconvenience was that we could only use one shower at a time, which was a bit challenging with 7 of us. However, this didn't detract from our overall fantastic experience.

A lovely apartment , we were 4 friends staying and we each had our own room with comfortable beds. Living room area was bright and spacious with views across the city and within walking distance of city attractions. Only thing I would mention is the street becomes extremely noisy mid to late evening with party goers which although not a big problem for us may concern some people. When windows closed majority of noise blocked out but if you were a light sleeper could be an issue! Very quiet in the morning s however and streets kept really clean.

Working with Filipa was a breeze! She was super friendly and always quick to answer our questions. The place itself was awesome - clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of seven. It's smack dab in the middle of everything, surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, pubs, and clubs. The street had a buzzing nightlife vibe, which made it lots of fun. But once we were up in the apartment, it felt like our own private retreat, we were insulated from the noise of the street. We had an absolute blast!

Excellent location, right in the heart of Bairro Alto, surround by lots of nice restaurants and bars. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and windows are soundproof so there is not any noise from the street. The apartment itself is very spacious and larger than appears on the website. It easily accommodated 6 adult men during our trip. The place was extremely clean and contained everything we needed. The only negatives were; no aircon in the bedrooms and the lift wasn’t working. Filipa was a really great host. Her instructions/directions were clear and concise. She was very responsive when we needed to contact her.
