The apartment has a beautiful location and is in a wonderful residential complex, but unfortunately, I did not receive the main door key for two days. The landlord told me that he would impose a fine on me, thinking that I had lost the key, even though I never received it in the first place, which made it difficult to access the apartment.

i recently stayed at this airbnb for my trip to italy with my friend! to be completely honest, i was very happy with my experience with them! the apartment was super clean, great AC, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, clean everything and most importantly the communication and the understanding and the host being so helpful made my experience so much better! i can’t thank you guys enough for making my trip to italy 10x better! i would definitely recommend booking with them! best choice ive made was booking this airbnb! the apartment isn’t also that far from the duomo and galleria about 20 minutes, 25 minutes to milano centrale, it was overall a great location! 10/10 everything!

Good accommodation close to the metro. Thanks to a video, it was easy to find the accommodation. The communication was great. Unfortunately, the accommodation lacked basics such as oil, salt shakers, spices, washing-up liquid, etc.. The light didn't work in one room and the blind was broken.

Spacious and bright house in a very comfortable location. Very accurate and friendly house manager. Cleanliness of the house is a bit coarse but still acceptable. I only report pots provided that are not suitable because they have a fully scratched non-stick.

Bathrooms with The ceiling in poor condition, walls in general dirty and with stains, lamp of a room did not work because of what the Light of the Veladores had to be used only, kitchen utensils were dirty, a coffee machine was full of mushroom, the pantry was dirty and cluttered, they did not leave basic toiletries, bags for recycling, sponge to wash slab, liquid detergent, shampoo or liquid bath soap, they only left a small sample for one person and we were 3, the beds were quite noisy, just sitting it felt like a whole scandal, tablecloths were dirty, the doors of the entrance to the apartment and a room were stuck, door to the terrace was opened but a hinge apparently this loose as the door seemed to fall because it was loose from the frame, so you can't access the terrace from the room only through the living room

The apartment is worth it for a little longer stay however we travel with my daughter as tourists the service was impeccable the maintenance of the apartment is impeccable but it is very far from the center there are no restaurants nearby to go to the center you have to pay a minimum of €25 and if you want to get beyond it obviously it is more expensive for us on the first day to move to a McDonald's Uber and taxis were always lost and we were canceled the truth is that the Location is not very good but if you are going to use it to travel to another place and you need to make a reservation to go by bus that ideal place is close to the bus lines

The host was nothelpful about the boiler not working properly … we had to suffer as there was no hot water to bathe … it was very inconvenient in the cold weather … the heater does not work too and the Ac too does not keep the room warm … it was difficult especially for us as we had landed from a tropical 🌴 place … the sad part being the host did not resolve the issue :(

The apartment is operated by a professional agency. In my opinion there is a qualitative difference between an agency operated apartment and one that is managed directly by the owners. There is some wear and tear in the apartment and there are small but important details which are either missing or not thought of. They literally provide just one tiny bottle of liquid soap/shampoo and refuse to provide additional irrespective of the length of stay. The kitchen does not have a coffee maker. The shower doesn’t have a curtain. The towels were a bit worn. Hence the overall experience leaves something more to be desired

Stay in December 5 people: Apartment, clean, tidy, true to the photos. A bedroom, master suite, bathroom, living room and kitchen. There are dishes for five people in a rudimentary way. Maybe it would have taken an extra duvet per bed as long as the heater is turned off at night.

The apartment is exactly as described. However, you are in a multi-part house, on the 3rd floor. Elevator available. You can already hear the neighbors, above one. Location is good. Super market close by. 4 minutes to Metro Station, is 4 minutes away To Duemo, with the M1 it is about 24 minutes. So you come, quickly from A to B. The air conditioning is also going on again. It was a little fresh in the apartment. We still enjoyed it😀. Netflix goes and also the kitchen. Safety is also good. Several locks on the door and access to the house is also secured. Internet is top. Measuring resulted in 90 Mb download and 80Mb upload👍. Ping 5ms👀👌. So also for gamers who want or need to work over the internet.

Great place, metro was nearby, roughly 900 metres, so 6 to 9 minute walk. To get to central Milan (Duomo) takes in total about 40 minutes. I highly suggest doing this because uber doesnt work in Milan, and you can download the FREENOW app, which is the equivalent of that service. The airbnb itself is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which is refreshing after being in the city. Shower pressure and temperature was great, it was nice sitting on the balcony to eat dinner as well! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable. Thank you for the smooth communication as well. Really nice stay overall, would recommend!

Excellent apartment, close to metro station that takes you to the center of Milan in half an hour. Supermarket around the corner. We were with 5 and our son slept on the sofa bed - that was not very nice. Would recommend earlier for 4 people than for 5. The WiFi was perfect!

My recent trip to Milan was for business purposes, and I had the pleasure of staying with my colleagues in a wonderful Airbnb. The apartment had two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The space was well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a successful trip. Additionally, the location was ideal for our needs, and we were able to easily access all the places we needed to be. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling for business or pleasure in Milan.

We were pretty much satisfied with everything in the house, but, most importantly, by the time we arrived in Milan, the landlord told us that the elevator was broken and we had to carry all our luggage up ourselves, leaving us exhausted on the 3rd floor.And within two days of living, the elevator was being repaired every day and there was a huge noise from the start of the morning which made us very tired.Secondly, the toiletries in the room are only enough for one person, but we paid for 4 people, and we had to buy the toiletries ourselves on the first day (although the host told us the next day that there were supplementary supplies elsewhere).

Was in Milan for a 13 day long stay related to work. Very quiet neighborhood. Ideal to rest after a day's work. Apartment is in a condominium complex with a private entrance. Very close to Metro and essential ameneties like supermarket, bakery, other essential food shops and pharmacy. Apartment very clean and comfortable. A big plus are the balconies in bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

The flat was clean and is in a good location for waking to / from the San Siro (30 minute walk). Unfortunately we had to wait 45 minutes to check-In and once in we discovered there were no toilet rolls or soap provided - we had to purchase these from the supermarket just down the road. Also bizarrely there were only two mugs in a flat for 6 people (there were 3 of us staying) and there were no T- spoons.

Firstly, our host Joana was so wonderful. She met us on time, showed us around the apartment and was very friendly. After we checked out, Joana called to say my sister had left her passport at the apartment. Joana very kindly came and met us at a central metro station to give us the passport, meaning we made our train to the airport on time. Thank you so much for going the extra mile, literally!!! The apartment itself was clean and a good size. The only items we felt were missing were handsoap in the bathrooms and a tea towel in the kitchen. Others have complained about thin ceilings and noise from upstairs: this is true, but we found the apartment was quiet over night. The residential area the apartment is in is also very quiet and safe. The apartment is in a suburban district and there is not much to do or see here but it is well connected to the centre by metro. We recommend L'immagine Bistrot Ristorante for a fun dinner experience. You need to book, which you can do on their website.

Valentina was very kind. We find that the host should have taken photos and indicated a bit more accurately. The apartment was very comfortable but a lot of things are broken and left as is. That's a shame! Breakfast cups are missing, only one small teaspoon, no toaster, no garbage bags... In all, that's satisfying. Thanks

Nice, quiet neighbourhood, close to the Metro and Carrefour. The apartment is spacious and it's equipped with almost everything you need during your stay - we would have loved to find there a small coffee machine and an electric heater for those cold nights. The apartment is really great. I would say more beautiful than the pictures and it was around 25-30 minutes (subway) to almost everywhere we wanted to visit. The hosts was also super amazing and they never neglected us. For instance we needed some things in the Kitchen and they got them for us almost immediately. We do not have any complaints or regrets whatsoever. I would definitely love to stay their again when/if I visit Milan again and of course I would recommend 100 %. Thank you again for having us.

The apartment is modern and clean. It's run by a management company and has the feel of a hotel (little soaps, just basics in the kitchen, sheet set available for the sofa bed). Unfortunately, the remodel didn't include good insulation. We could hear voices from the next door apartment and their baby crying at 5:30 as well as all the upstairs footsteps. This may be out of the control of the company, but it greatly affected our stay. Wish we'd heeded the other comments I read; but I'd thought the walls between our rooms would be thin, not walls with neighbors.

The place was clean and very nice neighborhood, but it lacked hand soap and dish soap. We used shampoo to wash our hands and the dishes we used. It advertised to have parking, and some guests did mention that they were provided with parking but we were not. Although, the street parking in this part of town wasn't horrible, I wish we had parking. The place had the best WiFi internet connection in all places we stayed in all Europe. The host was nice, although she seemed to be a little bit annoyed that we were 2 hours late and I did notified her ahead of time. I thought that was a little odd Altogether we had a good stay, there is a store steps away from the apartment, and is open 24h/7 days.

The apartment is beautiful and completely clean.. It is about 20 minutes' drive from the Duomo and from the San will see stadium 6 minutes .. There is an elevator, air conditioning, two bathrooms and a full kitchen..Receiving the keys easily and the person who received us very nice… near it a 24-hour supermarket I recommend it👌.. On the last day of me, someone scratched my car deliberately scratching in the parking lots and this upset me a lot ...

The house is quite new, fully equipped, but the kitchen utensils feel a little old and a little dirty. The toilet in the master room is not very well drained, but both rooms are quite large, six people stayed very comfortable, and there is a large balcony. It was very comfortable to sit there, just a little far from the train station.There is also a 24-hour supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.

The apartment is really nice. A 24/7 supermarket in the immediate vicinity. It is only a few minutes walk to the metro and after 8 stops you are in the center. The two bedrooms have large double beds with a full mattress and a blanket for two people. There is a new, very cozy sofa bed in the living room. One bathroom is equipped with a large shower, but has no window, the other daylight bathroom has a bathtub. We enjoyed the apartment very much. The some small downside: you can't sit comfortably with 4 people on the couch, as it has no ottoman and is too small. However, there are plenty of chairs. I'd book the appartment again.

The apartment is very clean and there is enough space for 6 people. We were a bit cold during the night, as the heating system of the building is on only during the day and then off during the night but luckily there were extra blankets in the closets - we stayed here in late March. It is close to the Uruguay metro station and there is also a Carrefour supermarket close by (open 24/7) and a pharmacy. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe, but there aren't many restaurants/bars around. We only found a few restaurants on Tripadvisor, but the menu was very limited. For us it didn't matter, as we spent most of the time visiting the city and the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment and the distance to the metro station definitely make up for this small disadvantage of the neighborhood.

A very beautiful apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and functioning. The washer and separate dryer each holds 7 kg of clothes, were well-cared for and mold-free. Very fast WiFi. The residence is about 7-10 minutes from a red line metro stop. We had no issues during our stay; we didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is exactly like the photos: modern, well-equipped, everything working perfectly, great bathrooms, very comfortable beds, spacious, of course, airy and in a very quiet and family residential condominium. Very well located with a supermarket 5 minutes walk, pharmacy, a small trade on the Uruguayan route and the subway of the same name. Through the subway we reach the center or any other point in the city easily. Everything worked better than expected. We're just sorry we didn't stay longer.

Thoroughly enjoyed by the entire family. The apartment is within a gated and secured residential complex and the neighbours are really friendly. The metro is about 5-10 mins walk dependant on your pace and there is a 24hr supermarket within 5 mins walk and is well stocked with fresh fruit,veg and a small bakery. The apartment had everything we needed and more, all the appliances were simple and easy to use and our host Albert was very helpful throughout our stay. We hired a car during our stay and had no problem with the parking. As an Airbnb newbie I am so thrilled to have had such a wonderful experience.
