Completely renovated apartment of about 70sqm, which can accommodate up to 6 people, located on the 3rd floor of a building with lift in a residential context surrounded by greenery and tranquility, just 450 meters from "Uruguay" stop of M1 undeground line that leads towards Duomo and the city center on the one side and towards Rho-Fiera Milano on the other. The apartment has 3 balconies, one of which is quite spacious with chairs and outdoor table.
The space
The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, double sofa bed and access to the balcony with outdoor furniture;
- KITCHEN with fan and small balcony and equipped with fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, moka and electric kettle;
- LAUNDRY ROOM with washing machine and dryer;
- BATHROOM with bidet and large shower box;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with double bed and wardrobe, small balcony and EN-SUITE BATHROOM with bidet and bathtub.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

In case of non-agreed use of extra linen, € 15 will be charged for each linen kit used. Respect for the hours of silence from 22:00 to 08:00. - For late check-in, the following supplement is required: * after 9.30 pm and up to 11.00 pm a supplement of 25 euros is required.We are not able to check in after 11.00 pm. The building has a lift.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
