Roomy apartment of 50 sqm, perfect for 2 people, located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator (steps to access), a short distance from the metro stops M1 (red line) "Gambara" and "De Angeli". Please note: the elevator goes up to floor 8 of the building, the last floor is to be done on foot.
Great location to reach the center of Milan, the many shops, services, bars and restaurants of the "Marghera" district will ensure a stay full of comfort!
The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, large wardrobe, split A/C, access to the balcony;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, table with chairs, split A/C, access to balcony;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, moka coffee maker, oven and microwave, dishwasher, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, kettle;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), bidet and toilet, washing machine;
- 1 BALCONY which can be accessed from both the bedroom and the living room.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, air conditioning provided ONLY via split A/ C (living room and bedroom), iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

The location is excellent, very well connected to the centre and tourist attractions. The apartment is very comfortable and is in a very quiet area. Next door there is a supermarket, pharmacies and bars. Just to contribute something constructive, it would be good to leave a little dishwashing soap for the basics of the kitchen, garbage bags. However, I give it a 10/10. I would definitely hire him again.

We only stayed for one night, but it was really great. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and has good public transport to get to the city but also to the stadium. It was very clean and all the necessary things were available. The check-in instructions were also very detailed and clearly described. The host provided us with sufficient information and we were well prepared. Would also be a great apartment for a longer stay!

We stayed for a short break to Milan including a trip to San Siro. This was the perfect location for that and to get into the city centre. The apartment was just what we needed, good size bedroom and bathroom and that’s all we really used as it was just to sleep. It was clean and tidy. We managed to get into the apartment ok following the instructions however entering the building seemed a little more difficult. After a quick message to the host this was easily resolved. Excellent stay and host!
