Great stay! Don't expect too much. The bed is fine but not very large. I think it's a bit of a doubt, so if you're just the two of you, take that into account.

I was with my girlfriend for 4 days and the apartment was very nice, a good kitchen with everything you need in case you don't want to eat out, washing machine, iron for your clothes, even a hairdryer, everything was very good, the only thing I didn't like very much was how to get in but hey, you have a supermarket nearby and everything was fantastic

There was no problem with the accommodation itself, but upon arrival we saw the shower door was broken. Before we even reported it, the host messaged us asking when a repairman could come. We agreed to wait the next morning at an arranged time, but after half an hour had passed and we asked, we were told he wouldn’t come after all. Later, when we returned, we arranged a new time, but again after a delay we only learned, with some difficulty, that the repairman was running late. He eventually showed up about an hour behind schedule. We could have overlooked all this, but one evening we came back to find a light on that we had definitely turned off, and the door was not locked the way we had left it. The host insisted this was impossible, but I always record a video when locking the door, and it clearly didn’t match what we had left. As for the light, we are also absolutely certain it was switched off.

Near subway/bus. The accommodation is in accordance with the description but quite difficult to enter, there are many steps. The tourist tax is expensive (€6.5/pers/night) even if you are not in a luxury accommodation.

You can get to the train station very quickly and easily. There is a subway a few minutes' walk away. Very good for sleeping and going out to visit

Completely automated and hassle free. Walkable from public transport & coming back home after a long day felt right at home. Neighborhood was decent and people were helpful. The place inside was clean and exactly like the offering online. Loved the stay :)

Hair by the bed. Mattress didn’t fit the frame. We couldn’t find the remote of the a.c. and very noisy neighbors. But ok for the price and how close it is to the city.

Everything as indicated by the instructions and very well located (close to the M3 linia which is very well contacted in the center) the place was very good for its price, since to be Milan it was very cheap. It should be noted that the area does not bring trust, but what the airbnb was exactly as indicated in the pictures and all the appliances and the bathroom worked. To spend a few days in Milan and you are going to be quite a while out, I recommend it. The host is very quick to answer questions and explains them very clear and simple ☺️

The listing fully matches expectations. However, for the asking price, it would be interesting to have a hot water boiler that works properly. (3 weeks without hot showers is not very pleasant). It would also be interesting if the heaters present are working to avoid having to use the air conditioning that makes a lot of noise

The listing offered WiFi and during my stay the host never fixed this issue. I had to ask for compensation for this detail. All other amenities complied with the description.

The house is very well cared for, very clean and with everything you may need in both the bathroom and the kitchen. A little difficult to find but as the communication with the owner was very good, everything was fixed without any problem. Thank you very much for everything

Dear Airbnb Team, Apparently the owner has divided the apartment into two tiny studios. Following are the points as to why our 10 day/ 9 night stay was not a comfortable one: 1. There were no cleaning tools in the apartment 2. The bed is too small for 2 people 3. The heaters were not working and we had to depend on the AC (set to 30 C° which still was not enough in cold nights) 4. The toilet lights were blinking all the time 5. The toilet had a blockage in the bidet and we had to fix the issue ourselves 6. Construction work took place every day which was disturbing and made our movement in/ out quite difficult due to the tools being placed in the corridor leading to the apartment all the time 7. The building entrance was not as shown in the pictures and we were instructed to use an 'unsafe' slippery slope (car gate/ ramp) 8. The building entrance has no lights and it is too dark at night (we had to use phone flash-lights, which was difficult when we were carrying stuff)

The apartment was very clean with good AC and a TV available, everything looked brand new and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. We didn't hear any noise from our neighbours and the courtyard was very quiet (especially with AC on). The hosts were very quick to respond if I needed help and were very nice. Two WiFi networks were available, a regular one and a 5G one. Both networks worked well in the morning, however in the evening both were very slow speed. In the evenings we were using our mobile data to use the internet due to the speed issue. This is my only negative note, and over all the apartment was a lovely stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Milan as it was a good price and close to the metro station and a big supermarket.

The host was responsive and understanding. The room looked exactly like the photos but the location of the apartment is not that safe. Location is close to the metro by 7 minutes, but even walking those 7 minutes we would get stares and people bothering us. I would say safe for men but not women.

We really enjoyed our stay there. Apartment is clean and well-equipped, all necessary things are inside. Also easily reachable, 5 min walk from the subway stop. Quiet area is also a positive thing. TV has feature to connect to Netflix and other services, which I personally enjoyed. Thanks to the hosts, it was a delightful stay!
