Cosy and bright 40 sqm studio apartment for 2 people, located on the ground floor (there are some steps to access the apartment's entrance) of an elegant building (with lift).
The apartment is centrally located in the elegant ‘Risorgimento’ district and only 200 m from Piazza Cinque Giornate.
The flat consists of a living room with kitchenette, a lofted sleeping area (overlooking the living room) and a bathroom.

The interior space is organised as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, wine glasses and various cooking utensils), dining table with chairs, sofa, TV, and split A/C;
- LOFTED SLEEPING AREA (with stairs to access it) with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Great place, great location. Just a couple of notes. The flat may be a bit too cold in terms of heating and, as it is at ground floor also a bit noisy. Other than this my experience was great! Host super responsive and professional.

The apartment was cold, without curtains and being on the ground floor the passers-by could see everything, one of the two towels for the shower was dirty, finally dirty cutlery. Despite this great location and a pleasant new apartment well connected to the city. With more attention to detail, it could become a 5-star home.
