- KITCHEN with dining table, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave, electric kettle, and moka pot;
- BEDROOM with double bed, large wardrobe, split air conditioning, and a small balcony;
- BATHROOM with bidet and bathtub.
Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, split air conditioning heating, fans, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

Responsive agency with good staff who communicate a lot and well. However, we had a last-minute change of accommodation. The agency offered us one automatically and we thank them for that, but it was not as good quality as the one originally booked and less well located.

The place is fine for a short stay. The mattress and pillows could be a little more comfortable, although they leave an extra blanket in case you need it. The shower wasn't completely clean, but nothing serious. The electronic lock can be a bit confusing at first, but once you understand how it works, it's practical. Communication with the host was great, always attentive and willing to help. In general, the place has good potential, it just lacks some details to make the most of it.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
