Cozy and bright studio apartment of about 40 square meters, able to comfortably accommodate up to 2 people, located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift. Located just 300 meters from the "QC Termemilano" complex and 350 meters from the "Porta Romana" metro stop (M3 - yellow line) to Piazza Duomo in just 3 stops, the accommodation boasts a highly strategic position. The apartment consists of a kitchen, living room with double bed and bathroom.
The space
The internal space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, moka, split A/C and dining table;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, desk and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with sink, shower cubicle and bidet.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with thermostatic valves, air conditioning (split in the kitchen), washing machine, clothes horse, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

It's fine, but only when you don't need the air conditioning. The host is essentially deceiving, unfortunately. He wrote in the ad that there is air conditioning, just for a tick. So that people as naive as me would believe. In fact, the air conditioner is installed on the old electrical wiring. Because of this, it works for no more than an hour when it is hot outside, after which it overheats. I tried to turn it on after that (the fuse did not go down, and I thought it was safe). After that, the air conditioner turned on, the light flickered, and the electricity disappeared throughout the building, for all residents for the next 12 hours! By the way, this happened in the building more than once, not only because of me. In general, when it was 38 degrees outside, I couldn't even open the windows (there are no nets in the room, and there are a lot of mosquitoes in Italy) and slept in such heat without air conditioning. Not to mention that it is in the kitchen and simply "does not reach" the room. It was a terrible vacation in the city I had dreamed of before. I'm so disappointed that I'm speechless.

The most uncomfortable beds, very rude host (I guess it is a company that runs the apartment). Hair everywhere, mould in the bathroom in most places. We will definitely comeback to Milan but we will never use or recommend this place ever again.

Accommodation in a good area of Milan, very close to the metro that connects with the Duomo. The apartment is spacious with everything you need for a pleasant stay, the sofa bed did not seem so uncomfortable so you could rest. The check-in instructions to access the place are confusing, since you get some instructions that are not completely correct by mail and by message they communicate with other instructions. Other than that, the place seemed to us very good option

A small apartment, not far from the center, but the house is being renovated and the house is in the scaffolding and you can't see anything from the window except the construction grid. There were problems with the lock at check-in, it did not open well and we could not get into the apartment for a long time. And in the apartment itself there was a lot of dust and hair on the floor,dust probably due to the construction work in the house. When you leave the apartment, you get to the construction site. Other than that ok.
