Functional but very basic. This apartment is in serious need of an update and new furniture. It serves a purpose for a night, but offers no comfort or coziness. The value for money is very low. I believe it would be fairly priced at a 70% discount, making it an option for those on an extreme budget.

Accessibility to the apartment is really very clear (instructions sent in writing and by video). The owners are very responsive by phone. The apartment is clean, furnished as written in the ad (kitchen equipment, towels, sheets, duvets, hairdryer, etc.). There are also adapters for electrical outlets. Some traces of wear are visible (damaged microwave, traces on duvet and mattress, slightly dislodged socket) but nothing really annoying (everything is functional and usable). The area is quiet despite some road traffic (sometimes noisy vehicles) The apartment is right next to a Lidl and a 5-minute walk from a Carrefour Market, with a few restaurants nearby (Ristorante Tagiura is a gem 8 minutes' walk away). Although outside the city center, metro and bus stops are within walking distance of the apartment, and take us in about thirty minutes to each tourist point/neighborhood.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
