The home is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from several subway stops. Regarding the accommodation, the apartment is very functional. However, the roller shutter was no longer working in the living room and it was very hot with no way to lower the heater despite the request by message... a shame!

Apartment was situated in a quiet neighbourhood yet only 10 mins walk away to Milan Central Station and Gioia subway. You can reach virtually all the major tourist attractions via the 2 lines. There are also 2 large supermarkets at the central station and Piazza Gae Aulenti. The place is clean and comfortable. The only gripe I have is that the lifts are very small. Good enough to fit 3 person. You may have to make 2 or 3 trips if you travel with large luggage. There's also a flight of stairs leading up to the building lobby.

Thankyou for all the great service and clean apartment that you provided us. Appreciate the prompt response to our queries upon arrival there and thus also allowing us an early check in. The place was clean with a wonderful layout of rooms and facilities. An ideal place for a traveller with 3-4 members in the family or group. It is very near the Milan Centrale Station which is walkable distance and has easy access to the airport thereby. There are quite a few department stores and eateries around too. We enjoyed our stay at Milan with this relatively new apartment in a very quiet and decent locality.

Very good location and the pictures are a good representation of the apartment. Limited cooking facilities although there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The balcony was a nice place to sit in the shade. Although the apartment looked clean, the floors needed to be washed and it was clear the bathroom cupboard had also not been cleaned. Compact place suitable for a couple of people.

The apartment looked like in the pictures and was very clean. Nearby is the main train station and some metro stations. Also, the host is very accommodating. The only downside is the beds, which are relatively uncomfortable and very noisy as soon as someone moves. Also, we didn't understand the air conditioning, so it was often quite warm in the apartment.

This apartment is really close to the main train station (just a few minutes walk), so it makes for a great location if you are using Milan as a hub for visiting other cities. You can also catch a bus transfer to/from the airport right near the train station. The apartment was new and very clean. The sofa bed was comfortable too and we appreciated that they already had it set up for our kids when we arrived. There is a grocery store very nearby and you can also walk to most of the major tourist spots if you are willing to walk between 15-30 mins depending on the spot. Would definitely recommend.

The location is great near Milano Centrale station and reachable on foot and is well connected to the means. The apartment was clean and well organized. The negative notes were that it was a little cold in the apartment and there was a problem with the window blinds in the living room that didn't work. All in all, it was a great experience with a good value and price. Also the staff was very helpful and responsive and the check-in was super easy!

This airbnb is really well placed, just 5 minuts from Milano Centrale. The area is safe and nice, natural light in all the appartment. If you’re a family the sofabed is not very confortable. If you want to cook there’s not many material, just the basic. There’s no toaster in the kitchen. Toiletries in the bathroom are super basic. Communication with the owners is always online, they are super quick. In general terms I would say that is correct but no personalized at all.

The house is in a strategic place, to get to the Gioia metro you take 5 minutes by clock ,the house is clean and bright and is as you see it in the photo ... easy self check-in and fast communication! The sofa is VERY old ,the bed is too noisy every time you move and you only have 2 towels a little overused!It would be enough to leave a clean sheet for the sofa for each guest if you just don't want to change it .

We arrived at the apartment at 2.20 in the morning where a very unpleasant surprise was waiting for us, the apartment was not cleaned, everything was dirty and used and we didn't know where to sleep. Of course at that time no one responded to our messages. After we had barely slept and the whole mood broke down, the answer came the next day at 12 noon asking for the key because the cleaning crew could not enter the room. We went back to drop off the key and come back in the afternoon. The apartment has nothing to do with the photos, maybe it was like this a few years ago when it was made, the couch in the living room is worn and dirty, the walls were not painted and the decor is missing. The electronic lock is fake or not working. The apartment doesn't match the price they're asking for. If they noticed it above, it would be a good choice because it is close to the central station and a new building.

Good afternoon, the apartment is very well located, thank you. Otherwise we were quite disappointed, since in the photos everything seemed to be correct and upon arrival we found the unpleasant surprise that: 1)The apartment was not completely clean, the floor of the entire apartment without sweeping or scrubbing(including ash on the floor when entering and we did not smoke) and the shower had hair and a rubber from the hair of the previous tenant. I have photos. The price includes apartment cleaning so it should be clean for the next client 2)The hot towel rack was not working from the first day, it warmed up on Thursday night when we arrived at the apartment being all day out. 3)The wall socket next to the sink there was no way in the dryer plug, it was very hard and we couldn't get it in, we had to use the outlet outside in the washer area. 4)There were no sheets for the sofa, and they knew that we were 2 friends, they had our identification documents (Spanish DNI) and I notified you by message through Airbnb. Also when we went to make it bed inside there was a lot of dust and a very dirty cushion. The couch was very worn(I have photos), it didn't look the same as the Airbnb photos. 5) There is only 1 teaspoon of coffee. We had to use soup spoons for breakfast 6) The kettle was very dirty and with the lid broken. 7) The duvet on the bed stained with something green inside ( it looked like snacks and I took a photo of it). Very uncomfortable pillows. It is unfortunate that they are not more careful with all these things that are very unpleasant and makes for a very bad impression on the apartment, since the rest is fine and the situation is great 10 minutes from the central train station and 2 minutes from a metro mouth, in addition to being a very quiet and safe building. I work at a responsive British tourism agency in Benidorm and I know what tourist apartments are and that many customers tend to complain about nonsense and for no reason, this is not the case. Unfortunately I would not recommend or return to this apartment in these conditions, unless they modified all these things that I have mentioned in the 7 previous points. On the communication I have lowered the rating because they took time to give us the information on how to enter the apartment and only because I requested it 1 day before traveling. They should be more aware of that, not the customers who request the information. Thank you. Regards. Dori

Diana was very kind and hospitable all along. Checkin instructions were precise. The apartment is cozy and modern. In a recent and secure building. The floor cooling works perfect. A must have during August heat. Washing machine and dishwasher work great. The bathroom is beautiful. The neighbourhood is secure and quiet. Very close to public transportation. A great stay for a family of 3. Don't hesitate to book.

Nice apartment ,500m to Centrale station in a very good new building and safe area with Chinese,Korean,Taiwan,Japanese restaurants at a short walk .the building has lift and flat has balcony and good sunlight.. furniture is basic but good enough and all equipment function even there is a washing machine ..host is prompt in replies and cooperative ..cleaning was very good ..bathroom good size and clean .we were happy with our stay ... PS: air con doesn’t go below 22.5 degrees (comfortable enough ) and bed makes little noise being light weight furniture .

Considering that this apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the central station, it is very quiet at night and we didn't hear any noise from outside, even with the window open. The apartment block felt safe and secure. We were on the 4th floor (there are lifts). There are several small supermarkets nearby. It is very easy to use public transport to reach the centre of the city, and you can be at the Duomo, via the metro, within about 20 minutes of leaving the apartment. The kitchen is of good quality and well equipped, and the living area is spacious. The bathroom is stylish and warm, with a good shower. The WiFi worked well too. If you are wanting to sleep in the living area on the sofa bed, bear in mind that (at the time of writing) there is no shutter on the living room window so there is only a thin blind to keep out the light. Cleanliness was of a high standard. We found the main bed a little firm, but still slept well. Diana from "Welcome to Milan" was in contact several days before our stay to check our preferences for bedlinen and to confirm check-in arrangements. She handled check-in efficiently and dealt promptly with one small request we had after she had gone. We would certainly consider staying here again. Recommended!

All in all the apartment is very lovely. It is great that it is in the centre of Milano and you can easily get to the trainstation in 5 minutes. However, we had some little problems like there was no gas for cooking. The batteries in the remote control were low......

Great location, conveniently located to the Central Railway station and the Metro and very close to the chic Garibaldi district. In a secure apartment complex. Perfect apartment for a couple or 3 person family like ours. Restaurants and grocery stores for a quick bite, emergency supplies or refreshments very conventienly located. Upon receipt of the payment, a summary email sent you by Tatiana then someone contacts you directly to arrange your arrival. So everything is well organized. We had no bad surprises when we arrived at the apartment, it was exactly as in the photos! There's everything you need in the apartment. The location is quite convenient because very close to the metro but if you want something very central, go your way. Only small downside: no info, no advice for nice restaurants/bars in Milan or things to do/see. In summary: very nice stay:)

The apartment is about a 25 minute walk from the old part but the area has a lot of atmosphere of restaurants and bars. In the end, the distance became a plus. It is a little smaller than we expected but everything is very new and with the necessary basic things. The bathroom is great. The ideal temperature. Highly recommended.

The apartment was great and I will book again. Five minutes walk from the central station (Centrale train station), the apartment was great for travelers. Sarah helped us out with last minute changes to the booking and was very supportive by making sure we didn't incur any penalties. Sarah put us in touch with Nurye who took care of our trip from then on. Nurye patiently waited for our arrival late in the night. She stocked the flat with fruits and cold water so that we had something to eat and drink after a long journey. She was in constant touch throughout our stay to help us with information on airport transfers, super market names, places to visit etc. The flat is perfect as advertised and its a convenient ( 6 mins )walk to Milano Centrale. The kitchen is well stocked with olive oil, Nutella and all the cookware. The flat also has a dishwasher, washing machine and good wifi! Strongly recommended.
