The flat is very well equipped, very convenient and, above all, clean. The location is ideal, as it's close to public transport and opposite a supermarket. Communication is quick and efficient. We had a great stay. I recommend it.

The apartment is functional and very well equipped. It is well located, about a 10-minute walk from the metro and a 2-minute walk from the bus. On the other hand, it doesn't have double glazing and it overlooks a fairly busy street. It's difficult to sleep at night because the noise wakes us up.

Great location, close to the center, in a peaceful, well-connected, walkable neighborhood, with a huge supermarket right outside. Lovely old building with well-kept common areas and high ceilings. The apartment itself was clearly well-designed once: lots of storage, dishwasher, full cutlery, iron, hairdryer - everything you'd need. Unfortunately it hasn't been maintained in years: door handles fall off, mold in the bathroom and bedroom ceiling, stained walls, cracks, spiderwebs. We could live with that given the price and building's age. The hygiene, though, was unacceptable. Stained sofa, sheets, and towels, hair everywhere (floor, sofa, AND BED), dusty throughout, and used shampoo bottles left by previous guests. It's unclear the place was properly cleaned before us. We only stayed because we arrived near midnight, exhausted, with no other options. We get that a cleaning company works within tight turnaround times, but this was beyond that. A great apartment left to degrade.

It was cosy. There is a park and shopping centres nearby, the metro is not far away, there is a shop right next door, and there are a couple of restaurants. Everything was great. Thank you very much.

It was a great stay. However, there are a few small things like door handles and other things that are not quite in place However, it's a nice 10 minutes from the station, so it's easy to get to the city centre. The area seems okay, and there's a large supermarket right opposite. I don't think the noise was really as bad as other reviews, but there is some noise, of course. If I were to return to Milan, however, I would probably choose another place closer to the city

This Airbnb was perfect for our trip to Milan. It was a lovely place to relax after a busy day in the city. The apartment is located in a quiet and relaxed area of the city, with a short distance to both bus stops and the metro. There were also grocery stores and restaurants very close by. When we had a question, the answers always came quickly. Thank you very much for the wonderful days in the apartment. We would love to come back!

Here’s a concise, balanced, and accurate version: The place was as expected, and we had a nice stay. The location was great, right next to a supermarket, and communication was generally quick. However, there was no TV remote, and after reporting it, we only received the suggestion to check under the sofa, so we weren’t able to use the TV, which was one of the amenities we ended up choosing the property for. The living room air conditioning worked well, but the unit in the bedroom didn’t seem to work properly, or at all.

The apartment is spacious and modern, which is definitely a positive. However, the bed linens had visible stains, which was disappointing. Access to the building and the apartment is also a bit difficult. Other than that, it is still a good place to stay.

We were satisfied with the stay. We were a bit startled when the caretaker came to work on the shutters from outside at 3:00 in the morning. It felt like someone was breaking in, but this was not the case. We had also arrived a few hours earlier but unfortunately were not allowed to check in earlier. Of course, it is not mandatory to agree, but we thought it was a shame. Clean apartment. Washing machine and dishwasher tablets available. No correct capsules available for the coffee machine. Directly opposite the apartment is a large supermarket.

Great place to stay for two people, perhaps even a third. Arrival had clear instructions and flexibility, and the flat was clean, cozy and clean. It had everything we could have needed for a couple nights and the host replied quickly whenever we had a doubt. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice place to have in Milan for some nights, in a quiet neighborhood. Special mention to the great supermarket just across the street, which is always welcome.

The apartment matches the listing, modern and pretty. The accommodation is well placed and well connected by public transport. On the other hand, the apartment is very lacking in equipment (dishes), and hygiene was not up to scratch (presence of used razors in the shower, faded rose petals and empty shower gel from previous tenants) Access to the apartment is very secure but relatively complex. However, we had a very good stay in Italy.

Clean, large and great location. We had some problems with the registration of guests, but they were immediately receptive and we were able to resolve them. One of the best BnBs we've ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Place was very clean. Enough space for a few days' stay. Supermarket directly opposite. A few restaurants or cafes nearby. Check-in was very easy and well explained. A little louder, due to the typical Italian windows (not comparable to German standards). But the windows are like that in most places in Italy. But if you travel to Italy, you should get used to it. Amenities regarding bathroom and towels were good, even a washing pod for the washing machine and enough towels. Modern. The apartment is on the ground floor, so the wooden facades of the windows were often closed and the apartment was a little darker. But there were enough lamps available that are also bright enough. Overall, recommended for the stay in Milan.

Disappointing. The Airbnb itself is not catastrophic if you want to feel like you're sleeping outside! A noise to wake you up from the passage of a car and especially the rubbish trucks. Blood stain on the mirror on arrival with yellowish colours on the curtains and on the bed. No dishwasher tablets, which is a shame given their usefulness.

A great one located in a sleeping area of Milan. Has all of the things needed to stay for 3+ nights (thanks for welcome coffee too!). The only thing to mention: 10-12 mins to the nearest metro station (or you can take a bus #85)

I recommend 100% this stay! Very modern and comfortable, the check-in instructions are very clear and they are attentive if you need help. About 8 minutes' walk away is the metro, which can take you to all the tourist areas of Milan!

I spent two nights with my sister, and the truth is that the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows looked like balloons. I decided to go to the sofa since it was a sofa bed and I think it was even worse. The shower has two shower heads, one with no pressure and broken and the other with too much pressure. The dishwasher didn't work or we didn't know how to turn it on. The location is really far away, and not well connected. But hey, for the price it's acceptable.

We had a lovely stay. The interior of the apartment is identical to the photos, clean and modern in a charming old building. Sheets, bath linens and hygiene products. 30 minutes' walk from Milan's beautiful monuments! Being in the centre and in a period building means noise (you can't have everything), but a pair of earplugs and everything will be fine ;) We recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was perfectly located, with both the metro and bus stops very close by. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was very smooth and natural, and the communication was quite fluid, even though I don’t speak Italian. Overall, a great experience !

Our stay was great, we really enjoyed staying here. It was modern and very clean. The beds were prepared and clean towels, bathroom supplies and kitchen supplies were there. We drove to Milan with our car so it was great that there was a car park right next to the apartment building. Right across was a big supermarket so it was very convenient for us. It is a bit far from the Duomo (that was what we wanted), but the center was easily accessible with public transport. The neighborhood was also pretty good and calm. The host was easily accessible and answered our questions quickly. We received the check-in info prior to our arrival, so it was also pretty easy to check-in and check-out. I can definitely recommend it and would stay here again. Thanks to the host!

The stay in this accommodation was very pleasant, we felt right at home. Very clean and with everything you need as described in the description. The area was well located since a few minutes away is the metro and also some trams that take you directly to the duomo. Another point of note is that there is a supermarket in front of the property. Spacious, nice and clean apartment, with simple and fast self check-in. The location is great, easily accessible thanks to the blue metro. The host was exceptional: always available, helpful, and very kind. It also allowed us to delay checkout due to a train strike, meeting our needs. The apartment is very nice and clean, the bathroom does not have a window but has a fan. It didn't take us more than a couple of minutes to figure out how the link worked. There was a small inconvenience with check-in but the support was quite timely. The area felt quiet and with all the necessary amenities, but we only stayed for 2 days.

Check-in management was really difficult. In particular, to enter the building, the first mode indicated by them is absolutely a flop, better if they only adopt plan B (which they indicated after 15 minutes) or the retrieval of the physical key. Opening with applications is not a mode suitable for all guests and in addition there may be network or power problems and those who need to access can also stay outside. The phone response is only via whp/aB&B app, even if someone does not have whp/app aB&B I want to understand how they do. If you are in the apartment you have to be careful not to close the main lock, otherwise you risk being locked inside always as described above. Apparently, those who manage this B&B are not physically nearby since when we reported problems of they are only limited to writing on whp.

The flat is spacious and modern, but that’s where the positives end. It has a self-check-in system with an electronic lock, but if you're given the wrong code, you'll be stranded until the next day, which happened to us. The flats lack numbers, and instructions provided were vague, no video on the apart location. We tried another flat with the same lock, and our code partially opened the door. After several attempts, we realized someone was inside, and they thought we were breaking in, so they called the police (door had no peephole). The police arrived, and after an hour, confirmed both we and the tenant had valid Airbnb bookings, but our code was opening their flat. We then left in the rain at 3 a.m. to find a hotel. Cleanbnb refunded only the first night minus cleaning fees (lol), but refused to cover our hotel. (should we have spent the night on the streets?) On top of that, we had to clear hair from the shower drain, and street noise made it feel like people were inside the flat.
