The space
The internal space is divided as follows:LIVING AREA. Kitchenette complete with four induction burners, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and traditional oven, coffee machine, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
Double sofa bed and TV, dining table.
BEDROOM. Double bed, desk and wardrobe. AC split.
BATHROOM (inside the bedroom). Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer. Washing machine.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Place was very clean. Enough space for a few days' stay. Supermarket directly opposite. A few restaurants or cafes nearby. Check-in was very easy and well explained. A little louder, due to the typical Italian windows (not comparable to German standards). But the windows are like that in most places in Italy. But if you travel to Italy, you should get used to it. Amenities regarding bathroom and towels were good, even a washing pod for the washing machine and enough towels. Modern. The apartment is on the ground floor, so the wooden facades of the windows were often closed and the apartment was a little darker. But there were enough lamps available that are also bright enough. Overall, recommended for the stay in Milan.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
