We arrived in Milan a bit earlier than expected, and the host was kind enough to come early and let us in. I really appreciated that because I was feeling sick. Because of that, I had to spend most of the day in the apartment, and the kitchen was very useful. It had all the amenities we needed and was spotless clean, just like the rest of the apartment. There was also soap and shampoo provided, and the sheets smelled very fresh and clean. The apartment is about a 25-minute walk to the Duomo and around 20 minutes to Brera. In good weather it’s a very pleasant walk, and the neighborhood is nice and safe. Unfortunately it was rainy when we were there, so we couldn’t walk as much, but it is definitely doable. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the Porta Garibaldi neighbourhood – it's very pleasant. It seemed to me to be a mix of a residential and a business area (reminding me of Itaim in São Paulo). Great flat, well-appointed, exactly as described in the photos. I chose it because it has a garage, which was extremely useful for us. This garage is underground on the front street. Nico sent instructions that were very clear on how to get in. I was instructed to leave the garage door open, which made me a little uncomfortable, but there was no incident involving the car. There was a delay in me being able to check in, so I would have liked a bit more flexibility with check-out, which wasn’t possible, but apart from that, everything was fine!

Easy check-in and welcoming host, but big disappointment regarding the condition of the accommodation. When we arrived, we were offered an inflatable mattress instead of the sofa bed, which was supposedly broken that morning, even though previous reviews had already mentioned this problem. The sofa was very dirty, broken and misshapen. The cleaning was clearly not done: dusty floor, stained bathroom and walls. The kettle was out of order (with a dirty tea towel inside). The accommodation lacks freshness and the value for money is very poor. Only positive points: the location, the view and the host who was smiling.

Excellent place, very well located near main stations, with shops and nice areas around. Check-in and communication were smooth. We arrived around 6:00 pm and everything was well organized. The apartment was clean, warm, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommended.

In general, the stay was good because the apartment has an excellent location in Milan, close to the metro, a shopping mall and Chinatown. There is also a private parking box in the garage, so our car felt safe, and we could comfortably park our Volkswagen Tiguan, which is quite large. The flat itself is okay, but the sofa was a bit broken and the bed could be more comfortable. The furniture feels a bit old and would benefit from some refreshment. The wardrobe in the bedroom was also an issue, as one side was broken and the other was full of the owner’s stuff, so we couldn’t really use it. If you mainly need an apartment as a base to leave your things and explore the city, it is a good option. The location is truly perfect for sightseeing and getting around Milan.

Well located accommodation, close to the metro and 2 minutes walk from a supermarket in a rather quiet area. There are a few dishes missing but it's enough for a short stay. Welcoming host. The beds might need to be changed because they are not very comfortable.

My experience with the accommodation was good, but there were some exceptions, the bed was not very comfortable, the sofa bed was damaged. Other than that, it met my requirements. The accommodation is not very close to the downtown area, but it is very close to the subway and food places, as well as the market, which helps a lot with mobility.

I stayed with my partner and my two children. The place is really very nice, clean and welcoming, a stone's throw from CityLife and close to all services. The only thing I didn't understand well, although it wasn't a real problem, is the location of the garage, which is not very clear. Everything else is perfect!

Nico, the host, was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated having a secure parking spot in the center of Milan. Although it was quite tight, which seems to be typical across Italy. The apartment itself is extremely basic and lacks any charm or personality, just plain white walls and a red sofa, but considering the price, it was acceptable.

The owner was waiting for us as we were late, he showed us the apartment, took us to the parking lot. The apartment is clean and cozy, there is air conditioning and the owner of the apartment even took care and turned on the air conditioning for us in advance. There were no difficulties in communication as the host speaks English and Romanian. We highly recommend.

We weren’t satisfied with our stay. First of all, the sofa bed wasn’t setup with bedsheets etc. as initially requested and confirmed by the host. Therefore, we had to prepare the bed with bedsheets that weren’t a fit for the cover. On top of that the sofa was dirty as someone stepped on it with shoes. Youssef at check in was nice at least. The apartment was relatively dirty especially the bathroom where we found hair on the tiles and loads of dust around it. The kitchen is not well equipped and there is not even a coffee machine which is very uncomfortable in the morning. Check out was easy (drop key and go). The fact that the apartment comes with a parking garage is really helpful. The overall impression is that the host doesn’t really take care of the property which has the bare minimum to be called an apartment (closets are in pretty bad condition and iron machine not clean). It’s a pity but it is what it is.

The location of the apartment is very good. The kitchen is not well equipped, in addition, the kitchen surfaces of the glossy kitchen were not clean but loud fingerprints on it. A dish towel would have been good. The couch is not suitable for sitting because the extendable part comes out all the time. It would have to be cleaned or replaced because it's very stained. The apartment could be made a little more loving. Living room cabinets without decoration everything is bare. The furnishings of the windows and screens are great. The bathroom was also very nice. However, a shower mat would have been good here, we used a towel then. The replacement pillows and blankets in the closet are very dirty and urgently need to be washed. Loud sweat edges. This shouldn't be. We've been to Airbnb before but we've always been private. It's better and more flexibly organized there. We had a great stay in Milan. The communication with Nico worked out very well.

Great stay. Location is very convenient, not too far from metro station and 10-15 minutes by the r-scooter to Duomo. Only few things to mention: 1) The couch in living room seems require a bit of maintenance. 2) if you driving, then garage is quite small, and the key to garage comes with the overall set of keys for apartment. We were instructed to leave keys in the apartment at check out, and we thought that we will be okay to pick up car. But it turned out that you need garage key to get car l, and be able to get out. We were extremely lucky as there was someone passing by near the garage, who had a key and opened the garage door for us, as in the early morning we were not able to reach host with the issue. We spend maybe 40 minutes and had unnecessary stress in the morning. So if you have a car in garage, make sure you take it off first, and only after that leave keys at the apartment. Otherwise great stay.

Efficient appartment with good connection to metro station. The included garage is perfect for travellers arriving by car, it‘s next to to building. The appartment is big but pretty basic. Floor is used and the furniture could get some decoration like plants, books etc for a more welcoming feeling.

Me and my wife stayed at this apartment for a short city break. The location is really good, close to the more business and financial part of the city and close to the UniCredit tower. The location allows you to explore and to walk to numerous locations around the city. The apartment feels quite empty and in my opinion needs a bit of touch in terms of interior decoration but in the end it has not bothered us since we were out in the city for the majority of the day. My only criticism is related to the whole check in process which was really difficult and time consuming. The lady that waited for us to hand us the keys made it very clear that the communication is possible only in Italian or Spanish and we really struggled to get some answers. I believe that it would greatly benefit if this can be improved with future guests.

Javier met us on the road outside and guided us to the parking and the apartment. He was really helpful and responsive with messaging as we were driving into Milan. He also recommended a great pizza restaurant 15 minutes walk away which was perfect on our first night. The apartment is in a great location with interesting modern architecture in the surrounding area including the vertical forest buildings.I t was 30 minutes to walk to the duomo and felt safe walking back late at night with plenty of places to eat and drink along the way.

We were making a stopover from Austria to France, and we need a place with parking. So It was convenient to take advantage of it although it is a little small. The place is 30 minutes walk from the center otherwise you must take two metros. The apartment has everything you need. The only thing that I can say, is that the pillows are very hard. For the rest, it's just like the photos. Very nice and the area is safe. :))

Listing was generally satisfactory, well-located, and as described. However, there are a few things to review: the shower was clogged and the water was leaking, which caused inconvenience. Plus, the couch was very stained and sagged in the corner, making it uncomfortable. With these improvements, the stay would be perfect.

Just as pictured, with a stunning view! The apartment was exactly as shown in the listing - stylish and impeccably clean. The gorgeous red sofa was a lovely touch, and the huge windows with side views of downtown offered amazing light throughout the day. Checking in was a breeze, and Nico who greeted me was friendly and helpful. There were just a few minor issues - the sliding doors in the shower and the wardrobe weren't functioning perfectly. While they didn't impact my stay significantly, I wanted to mention them in case they're easy fixes. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in Milan.

Accommodation corresponded to the pictures and description. Unfortunately, I received the wrong code for the key box so that the check-in could not have been worse. In addition, I booked the place for 4 people, but only sheets and towels for two people were provided upon arrival. I had previously inquired at Cleanbnb House if there are enough sheets/towels available. After eternal back and forth with contact, we were provided with sheets and towels the next day. Meaning, one night, two people had to sleep on the not really hygienic sofa without bedding. All in all, I give the property 2.5/5 stars. Location great, accommodation is as described and pictured in the pictures, but the communication/missing amenities were more than annoying and caused a poor aftertaste.

The apartment was at great location nearby the metro station. Within a 5 minute walk was supermarkets, restaurants, shops etc. A private parking spot was included which was very handy! The host was very friendly and helpful! The apartment was modern with plenty of space and beautiful view.

Good location. Apartment at first glance in order. Floor could be more carefully laid, lots of cavities. We also noticed a slightly musty smell when we entered. This should probably be covered by an air freshener in the bathroom. The window in the bedroom is completely leaking. It pulls and you can hear all the sounds from outside. Windows and balcony doors are equipped with insect screens. Communication quick and friendly.

Well priced accommodation in the up market Brava area. We enjoyed our stay however had to give four stars as the washing machine leaked on our first evening at the property and water seeped onto the laminated flooring everywhere. The host explained they thought they had fixed this and it was an oversight on their part. AirBnb rectified this and made efforts to resolve the issue. Other than this, we would certainly recommend the property which is extremely modern and boasts a larger than average living space. We would book again should we return. 👍
