Cozy 50m2 apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift (a few steps to reach it).
The property is located in a residential neighborhood near the Milan Rogoredo railway and underground station, from which it is possible to reach the center of Milan and from which the AV trains depart. The area, in addition to being well connected thanks to public transport, is full of all the necessary services.
The space
The space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed and access to the balcony and kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, kitchen utensils and kettle;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with washing machine, shower cubicle, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, TV, central heating with thermovalves, portable fans, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE. There is no air conditioning.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Really excellent experience! The apartment is cared for down to the smallest details, very clean and located in a convenient area to visit the city. The host was very kind and always available. I felt right at home, I will definitely be back!

The accommodation is very nice, located on the 6th floor of a building with elevator. Clean and functional, we found it practical (as a couple). You can park easily in the surroundings and do your shopping in 2 minutes. The metro passes nearby and takes you in 10-15 minutes directly to Cathedral Square (Duomo). The owners, or their team, are available and responsive. We'll be happy to go back.
