Bright apartment of approximately 75 m2 located on the seventh floor of a building with a lift, capable of perfectly accommodating 3 people.
The accommodation is located in the Affori district, just 200 meters from the M3 Yellow metro line "Affori FN" stop. A short distance from the property you will find Villa Litta Modignani and the Parco Nord Milano, an authentic green lung of the city.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a large balcony.
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, table with chairs, access to the large balcony;
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, moka, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, various kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers and large wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WIFI, central heating, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, washing machine, drying rack, clothes hangers, iron and ironing board.
ATTENTION: work is underway in the close building, so there may be some noise.

Good place to stay! Right next to the train station and the metro, for easy travel. Grateful for the handmaiden there as our clothes got wet from the travelling! The apartment was nice and warm for the time year too. There’s a local shop near by which is handy as well as a good few restaurants, cafes and pizzeria, to which i recommend all! :)

It was a nice stay, only the communication with the owner was very poor. He was very slow to respond or sometimes not. In the apartment, not all the items were available to come and there were also no tea towels available if you had to wash your own. The sponge was also in need of replacement. Outside of this, I had a very nice stay and I definitely recommend it
