It’s a nice, small space right in the heart of the best area in Milan! Perfect for a few nights of stay. Huge plus for the washing machine :) In other reviews I saw comments about the bed, but it’s not really uncomfortable for the fact that it’s a sofa bed :) It’s also really nice that the windows are to the courtyard!

Great location, with a stop for the central station and the cathedral right outside. Grocery store just a few hundred metres from the apartment. Nice street with restaurants and shops. Quiet area. As described. We can recommend it. The only negative was that the cleaner arrived late after we checked in, which was unpleasant as we didn't know who this person was who was coming into the apartment and had not been informed about this.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing stay. The check-in instructions said to look for a door with a “Welcome” doormat, but the correct apartment had a different one. There was actually a “Welcome” mat on the floor above, which led us to the wrong door. Access was also an issue. We were only given codes to enter the building and apartment, but one night an intermediate entrance door was locked and there was no code or other way for us to open it. We ended up having to ring several neighbors’ intercoms until someone answered and let us in. The shower drain was clogged and we had to unclog it ourselves, and the air conditioning leaked water all over the bedroom floor, which we also had to clean up. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and very noisy, and there was also construction noise in the building. The only positive point was the location: the neighborhood is lively and there are plenty of restaurants and options nearby.

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights. Overall, we are extremely satisfied, especially with the fact that we were allowed to check in 2 hours early at no extra cost. Everything was clean (there were just some stains on the towels that won't come out in the wash). The apartment is located in a good area. Everything is close by. A shop, a pharmacy, coffee shops, and the transport links are pretty good. The flat is very small when the bed is made up. However, if you don't plan to stay at home, it's a very good option. Another drawback is the clogged shower! It needs cleaning. In general, we are satisfied with the stay.

The stay was overall fine and the price felt fair for the area. The apartment was a bit smaller than expected and somewhat dusty on arrival. It was also missing some basic kitchen essentials like dish soap and a cutting board, and although we asked for extra blankets because it felt cold at night, they were never provided. Check-in was a little more complicated than expected due to the access instructions. That said, the location was fantastic and made getting around Milan very easy.

We went to Milan for 4 days with a friend. Very comfortable accommodation. Really very small, but everything you need is from shampoo and soap to an iron. The area is probably the best one to choose for two female students - relatively quiet, but there is a place to walk and feel safe. All the attractions are within 30 minutes by transport, which is also very convenient.

It was good in location and layout, functional. But we arrived and it was not completely clean, there were ants eating food scraps badly cleaned on the floor, the cleaning was not done well. They promised to clean the apartment and they didn't. The bed was quite uncomfortable, I am 1.85, and I weigh 89kg, every time I turned it made a noise and woke me up. I paid around 500 euros for 3 nights, the accommodation was not up to the price.

It was almost perfect, maybe a little small, but it was enough for sleeping and storing bags. The only negative thing was the frequency of power outages, it was not a big problem, but sometimes it came quite suddenly.

Great location, but a tiny apartment. It coincided with a very hot week and the fan couldn't handle the temperature we had. Suffocating. The 2nd entrance door to the building could not be opened by phone. Luckily, there was another back door that was permanently open. The other two are perfect. Both the entrance to the Block and the apartment itself.

The place is very, very small. The bed is an open couch that almost prevents you from walking in the room. The bathroom is small but functional. Too bad about the boiler that starts in the middle of the night and being in the room woke us up. For the price I paid, I was hoping for a slightly larger and better furnished room. Very convenient location.
