Nice, quite location, close to the supermarket. Needs a lot of maintenance. the sofa seems to be broken as you slide into the middle, so uncomfortable. The kitchen needs more equipment. No normal knives for cooking, or scissors. was missing a lot of basic stuff that we had to buy. The bathroom had clutter. The oven dirty, the fans in the bathroom had thick layer of dust visible. It has huge potential, but was disappointing for the price we paid.

Nothing is like in the pictures. The furniture urgently needs renovation, the floor was dirty, the pillows and blankets were stained, the walls were worn, the shower was full of hair, the mop was rotten, there was unbearable heat in the apartment, and the neighborhood was full of garbage in a scandalous situation. In addition, we arrived late, the online door opener was no longer available, so luckily, only the residents could let us in. After we canceled the accommodation, the host still had the nerve to ask if everything was okay. It's a huge disappointment, if you can, choose another accommodation in Milan.😡

Overall the apartment was fine, with plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchen is gas and there was a lack of utensils, and we were not able to plug in the microwave. The double bed is two single beds together. The stay was pleasant, it is suitable for stays of a few days. Communication was simple, we always got a response.

The accommodation could be occupied from 15:00, we arrived at 16:15 and the apartment was still being cleaned. There was a lot of dust in the whole apartment. There were relatively frequent power outages in the apartment and the house.

The stay was amazing as advertised and perfectly placed not too far away from busy stressful city. Our flight arrived late post midnight and the host was accommodating to let us check in at that time, so very flexible. Furthermore, the property was as it was advertised, amenities were also squeaky clean and ready for use. We absolutely loved the responsiveness of the host and overall it was a perfect stay!

Very responsive and nice host. Clean apartment, the minimum is respected. Easy access. Supermarket and tobacco shop nearby. Not far from the train station by car (15 min) The concern is more the neighbourhood and access to Milan which is by bus or tram about 15-20 minutes' walk. Otherwise, the best plan is to take out a DOTT FLEX subscription and take the bike. It was a nice way to get around.

The location is really nice. The neighborhood was safe. My check-in was moved without earlier notice, 2 hours after the one that I was informed and when I arrived it was still not ready. Not the cleanest appartment I have seen. But I was too busy and I did not have a specific schedule, so I did not contact them to come clean again. The communication was fast.

Great place to stay me and friend had a great time. Shop, gym, park and restaurants all within 2-3 minutes walking distance. Abit of a walk from the nearest metro but it only like 25 minutes and you pass by other spots. Also buses are available by 5 minute walk. Only note is that the bathroom is ensuite the bedroom. So if you’re sharing the house, the other person would have to walk through every-time they went to the bathroom but it’s minor. All in all would definitely recommend. Team is super friendly and responsive :)

The house lacks the necessary amenities at the base of hospitality, it is not clean, it is not comfortable, for example there are no nightstands or chairs next to the beds where you can put a clock or mobile phone, etc. The beds block the bedroom door that remains open and locked. The bathroom is not as it appears in the photos, rusty heater, etc. There's nothing to clean, nothing to have breakfast, in short, we don't recommend it. Exactly the same as a house next to a very high level and with all the comforts! We know this because we are a family who stayed at the same time in both houses. :( Unfortunately, it was not clear from the photos that this place was so poor, too bad!

I had a fabulous stay , couldn’t have asked for more , as a female traveler safety is important to me and this Airbnb was located in a great place with high security check in , the whole process of checking was easy due to clear instructions and a responsive / friendly host . This place was clean and was equipped with everything describe. It exceeded my expectations very spacious ! Would recommend.

for the price, it corresponds to Milan. the bus is very close, it is about 30-50 minutes to the center. groceries are also close. the only bad thing is that the air conditioning does not work, only portable, which was always in only one room. We booked the place very last minute and it was ok seen to what we needed - a place to sleep. The communication prior our arrival was clear and good, however the instructions on how to get into the building was only given in Italian which made it a bit tricky. When we arrived, the flat smelled cigarette smoke, beds were not organized as confirmed and bathroom was ok but not properly cleaned. All this is fine, but good to know if you are sensitive to this stuff. The flat has a bus stop 5 min away which in less 10 min takes you to a metro station, making it quite smooth to get in to the center of Milan. Would not rent again but worked for this trip.

Apartment in a strategic area easily reachable by public transport, with a supermarket nearby well stocked at great prices (Esselunga). Convenient check-in on your own. Comfortable size for two, well-stocked and comfortable. The only downside is that we found some extra blankets very stained. Recommended if you want to stay in Milan in an area, however not too chaotic and with a good connection to the areas of most interest.

A very cozy apartment very near to the metro station and many bus stops. all the basic amenities are at a walking distance. a quite and peaceful neighborhood. the place was super clean as described in the description/photos. Check-in automatic without any hassel. very easy to reach the center of Milan from this place (bus and metro). would highly recommend to everyone.

Not recommended at all! General conditions of the house were unsatisfactory. The washing machine was extremely unclean. Electricity sockets broken which makes it unsafe. After the whole day of travelling, the house was dirty, chairs and tables sticky, terrible smell, dust and dirt everywhere. Electrical sockets were broken and unsafe for use. We had to find another place to stay. Host was disrespectful. Didn't offer any solutions apart from cleaning the place next day. but nothing for that night. Host never replied for the refund request. Place is neither clean nor safe to stay. This is not first time that we are staying at the airbnb house and this has never happened before.

for my needs, great location. I recorded some problems resting on the bed with very uncomfortable minimum mattresses (10cm thick). I would recommend changing them with higher and more comfortable atriums.

Very nice house on the card, the host is available. Then they start the problems, they send key recovery procedures first, and find that the keys are not in place. We have to call them and only at that time do they communicate an unexpected and the change of key exchange. They could have notified them first, especially considering the elderly guests. Other bad news, broken ceramic sink, dust everywhere, remote control, battery-free TV remote. What's great to say about the area and could be helpful for our parents who are coming to visit us but really bad. We'll find more next time.

Nice apartment, good location if you are driven. Free parking is a 5 min walk away . On the other hand, apparently very hard to find . The host does not indicate the internal entrance… more than an hour to look for with 2 small children after 6 hours of driving … and the host never answered me….

Self check-in didn't work The remote opening of the outside gate and building access were broken. The phone support was available, but could not help and just said we should wait for a resident of the residential complex to come out. So we had to wait 1 hour until we could get into the apartment. The apartment had a bad smell. The furniture was dusty, the covered sheets were not clean. Not particularly Cleanbnb. After we dusted and cleaned ourselves, it was halfway there. Despite long ventilation, the smell remained present even after 2 days. Definitely not recommended.

the house is in a convenient location for what we needed and is of sufficient size for 4 people, if you do not have great needs. It is equipped with basic necessities to be able to cook, even an iron, hairdryer, washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. Communication in the period after booking was a little difficult, I thought I would cancel the reservation. In the next period of the trip, but it was much more effective. The big downside was the cleanliness, the house was full of dust a little around, I don't recommend it for allergies. There were ants in the bathroom. Finally, the beds are not really comfortable, so for a long stay they are not the top, for a few days they can be fine considering that it is not very expensive.
