The place was tidy and looks like the photos but that’s about it. The flat had only the minimums, and even lacked some of them, the fridge was absolutely empty, not even a bottle of water for when you arrive so you have to go shopping right away, this on top of not being able to open the second door to the building because there is no instructions for it in the description and i had to connect the dots to find the right ring, the coffee maker was missing parts so you should have coffee outside, the internet was also non existent, we had to use our phone data for even when we were inside the house. In general im not saying it was a bad place to spend some days but it has lots of room for improvement.

Really really amazing apartment in Milan. We loved the building itself, with its blue tiles and beautiful entrance, but also the place and its personality. Great location as well, as it was easy to get anywhere in the city by public transport. The host was very clear with the instructions and made sure everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back!

We slept really well. The accommodation is super comfortable and nice. Everything was very quiet and clean. We had all the amenities, and whenever we had any questions, they were answered quickly... I recommend it 100%.

The apartment is located in a decent area, about 10 minutes from the metro, but there were many critical issues that were not negligible. First of all, the cleanliness: non-existent. A centimetre of dust under the bed, a dirty fridge, hair everywhere on the bathroom floor, a dirty and stained table, cutlery encrusted with food: dirt accumulated over time and by multiple guests. Entering this accommodation at 2 in the morning, with absolutely nothing in it, was a nightmare. There was no bottle of water (cost: 20 cents), no paper towels (!!). There was no washing-up liquid (no one uses the dishwasher for 2 dirty dishes), and there was no gas lighter (not all the hobs work with the button). Last but not least, despite a sign telling you to separate your waste, guess what? There are no plastic bags... In short, a horrifying situation. It's not humane to present an apartment in this state! There was a complete lack of attention. Overall rating: 3.

Everything was very nice. The only this is that walking to Metro was a bit long for me but it is fine, I just thought that it would be shorter

Satisfactory home, easy access with clear directions. The guest host responds to messages, but of course, we weren't able to find a solution to the issue we encountered. We found cockroaches on the towels, and they offered to come and spray while we were out. However, because we didn't want a stranger to enter the property while we were away, they insisted that we waste time from our excursion to wait for them, instead of them coming when we had returned from our activities, given that we were on an excursion, to make things easier for us and not fill our heads with worries. In any case, the bottom line is that they responded to messages immediately, but only with the solution that suited them, without any concern for the guest's inconvenience or for ensuring they had a pleasant holiday. The home was fine, in a nice, quiet area. The only downside, as I mentioned, is the property management company (slightly rude).

I liked the flat; it was just a few minutes’ walk from the tube station. Outside the centre of Milan but easily accessible. Quiet area; spacious, warm and clean flat. I was very satisfied. The only downside was that the blinds in the bedroom were damaged, so a lot of light came in.

Needs more soap bars, garbage bins and a coffee machine with coffee. Also hotel-like disposable slippers would be useful. A note on the absence of heat or AC controls would be good. The nonsensical warnings about separating garbage types are confusing given that there is only one garbage bin in the whole apartment.

A structure that would be of maximum evaluation, a pity for some mistakes of the Host such as the check-in lasted almost an hour, crumbs on the tablecloth, garbage on the terrace, the shower storage half rusty. Not very pleasant things to find. In the end, the house is very nice and in a quiet area.

The area is safe and very quiet, even in the evening. Quite convenient with public transport, since in 10-15 minutes you can reach both the red line and the new Blue line, perfect for Linate airport. Cozy house, very comfortable bed, also comfortable kitchen. All good.

Apartment in a residential and quiet area. The proximity to the metro (red line) allows you to move to the central area of the city quite quickly. The apartment has good spaces and the rooms are well organised and rational. The availability of a washing machine and dishwasher allows for comfortable stays of several days.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and spacious. It’s located near metro station and big supermarket, it’s only took 20 min to get to downtown. The only issue was a wifi that half of the time didn’t work.

The apartment looked fine at first glance, but the shower was dirty and left a bad impression. There was a duvet in the closet, but it smelled bad, so we had to sleep with just a sheet – the bed was also very hard. At night it was cold, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Communication with the host was not good either; we received rude replies with exclamation marks and were told to wait for someone else to open the building when we arrived at midnight, since the website to open the gate and door didn’t work. Overall, a disappointing experience, and we would never choose to stay here again.

It is a very nice appartment located in a quiet place, all the indications were very clear to get in. The kitchen is very complete, and it has all the necessary to stay for several days : washing machine, tv, fans and AC, fridge. The sheets and towels were clean and there is a metro station not far from the appartment. Highly Recommended!

The place was perfect (big, clean), quiet area, nice bed. Just we didn't get hot water during our stay (3 nights) despite the fact that Cleanbnb house was responsive and sent a repairman and offered us an arrangement.

We enjoyed our stay in the flat owned by Cleanbnb. The flat was clean and equipped with everything needed for a stay of a few days. You are safe in the area even late at night. Check-in is flexible, and the instructions for accessing the building are clear. Despite the fact that there is construction work going on in the area, we were not disturbed by the noise. The Carrefour supermarket is relatively close - 300 m away, and the Bande Nere metro station is about 15 minutes away. The internet connection is quite weak in the area. I didn't give the maximum number of stars, although it was a pleasant stay, because the contact hours are until 10 p.m. We were very worried that we wouldn't be able to get into the flat because we arrived after that time.

The location was great, walking distance from M1 Bande Nere. Peaceful neighborhood and with lift in the building. The mattress and pillows were a killer hard. They offered at the beginning to prepare two beds which was generous but was not prepped that way. I asked for a bedsheet so I can move to the sofa as its more comfortable there but was pointed to the pile of laundry of sheets and towels which they apologized. Yet they didnt provide a clean sheet after. We were looking for some duvet as we were only given the cover and was chilly in the evening. The stowed blankets in the cabinet were smelly. Made us think if our sheets are really clean. we are not able to do proper home office with the wifi connection. We were told its the bad weather but it was just 14mm rainfall one day and another day with 8mm, the rest are good days for the 4 days that we were there. The speed train to Bologna had better wifi connection. No teatowels/kitchen towel to help us maintain the kitchen clean

the house was not clean. There was dust and hair everywhere on the floor, especially in the bedrooms and bathroom. There was no scotch or even the sheet for the sofa bed. It was not as advertised.
