Able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, the property is located just 600 meters from the stop of the metro line M3 Yellow "Affori FN". A short distance from the property it is possible to find Villa Litta Modignani and Parco Nord Milano, an authentic green lung of the city.
The apartment consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

The interior space is organized as follows:

-> LOWER LEVEL
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, microwave, dining table and kitchen utensils.

-> UPPER LEVEL
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed and TV 32";
- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers and wall hanger and AC split;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: To access the upper level there is a flight of stairs.

Attention: if you are traveling by car, it is not possible to park on the road on Wednesdays due to the weekly market .

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
