The location of the flat wasn't bad. We had the metro 5 minutes away, and the supermarket too. The accommodation was located in a neighbourhood that, personally, I found to be somewhat unsafe, especially when walking through its streets at night. The surroundings gave a certain feeling of neglect and dereliction, with streets that seemed quite run-down. What's more, the atmosphere in the area didn't feel entirely comfortable to me, so I didn't feel particularly at ease when walking around there, especially at certain times. I think it's an important aspect to consider when choosing accommodation.

I'm writing this after a 13-day stay. The house is excellent value for money. It's a 7-8-minute walk to the metro station. It's great that there are 24/7 coffee, water and snack vending machines at the outside entrance of the house, which make things easier for you. And next to them, there's a great focaccia place. They make fantastic pizzas and are very friendly. In the reviews, people wrote that there are some unsavoury characters in the neighbourhood where the vending machines are. Yes, there are probably some immigrant residents, and they actually come to the coffee vending machines next to the front door of the house to spend time safely, but they're definitely not dangerous, so you can rest assured. The house is clean, but it could have been better. Everything in the house is kept in optimal working condition. The house overlooks the inner courtyard, and you have to go through four doors to get to the house, which is great for security. Heating, hot water, etc., are all very good. It offers an ideal amount of space for stays of 2 people, but it might be a bit cramped for more than that. You can easily get to all of Milan with the Affori FN M3 metro station.

Apartment super clean and host very friendly and responsive. You can expect what you see whatever I saw reviews saying that the street was with young people smoking or something but all the time that I was there I only saw locals and in the night was very quiet I had 0 problems. I recommend 😉

The host could always be reached by message and responded quickly. The flat is clean and fairly well equipped. Easily accessible. One negative point was that it was terribly hot, even with the air conditioning on. The bed is comfortable. There were two of us, but it can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Overall, we were satisfied and I would recommend it to others.

I had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. It is close to the underground, and there are plenty of useful places in the area (restaurants and supermarkets). It was a clean place, equipped with everything we needed. The host was very friendly.

Accommodation next to a 24-hour establishment, at dusk many men smoking drugs by the entrance door, looking bad, were watching and controlling our steps. On the second night of the stay someone tried to open the door of the accommodation with us inside, a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation. As we considered it safer, we left the accommodation and went to a hotel. The owner of the accommodation simply ignored the situation. In addition, the heating did not work. In a 4-night stay we only managed to enjoy 1 night…

We really liked the accommodation, very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bedroom was comfortable (the bed is great), spacious bathroom, everything was very clean. The neighbourhood does not have many shops, but it has easy access and is close to the subway, which made our tours of the city easier. The host was super responsive, helping with all the questions we had. We would definitely come back more often :)

Our trip to Milan was wonderful. The apartment was nice, quiet, and located in a very convenient area. However, in mid-October it felt a bit cold inside, as the central heating could not be turned on yet due to government regulations. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Good accommodation: close to the train station and metro (6 min walk). The instructions for finding the Airbnb are very clear. On the other hand, the bed was broken, we were not warned and we only had the sofa bed. Most of the electrical outlets didn't work, the shower was either hot or cold, and there were sometimes sewage smells. But for the price, it's okay.

Accommodation ok. In the kitchen, problems with the stove that were then solved with difficulty through a chat. I found myself sleeping on a sofa bed, prepared especially for me, instead of a real bed that was available in another adjacent room.

Very nice little apartment, quiet, peaceful environment. Close to public transport, next to the gate there are vending machines for drinks and food. On Wednesday, there was a market on the street, it was very funny. The host sent the check-in option very accurately and precisely, you can't get lost. It was a perfect place to stay for 3 nights, I recommend it!

My girlfriend and I came to Milan for an event. The apartment was super nice, we immediately felt like home. It is private, quiet, we slept very good there. It is close to the metro and overall close to the city center. The pricing is also more than reasonable, especially for the high season. The hosts replied immediately and were very helpful. We had a great stay and it was pity to leave!

The stay met expectations! The apartment is very cute, clean and functional. The kitchen has the basics for quick meals, the sofa is great and the bed very comfortable! The apartment is close to the subway/train station and has a nearby market with affordable prices, as well as restaurants, pizzerias and bars. I recommend the place!

The accommodation is not centrally located, but easily accessible via the metro. The upper area of the apartment is good and sufficient. The kitchen and dining area is a little unloving and not very big. The heating system doesn't work very well Downstairs it was always very cold and very warm upstairs. There are no deficiencies in cleanliness, as well as check-in and check-out.

The apartment is the same as the photos, it comes with everything equipped and super practical, the area below is more cold but there is a radiator, the area above where the room if you can see the heat more. The place is ok. there is a small kitchen (with all you need) and upstairs a big bathroom with a bedroom and a living room with tv. The heating system is a little wired: if you want a warm (not too hot) upstairs, the kitchen will be cold. The lightning as well is strange: the light for the kitchen is outside the door..so again a little wired. the bed is comfortable.

We had an ok stay at the house, close to shops and public transport. However we had to check in 1.5 hrs later because the house hadn't been clean at the agreed time of check in. Cooking essentials (oil, salt,etc) and soaps weren't provided even though advertised in the listing. Sofa bed is quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Expensive accommodation considering the service we got.

The airbnb was great all had all we needed for our short stay. Check-in was flexible and the hosts were very communicative the whole time, responding really quickly to any questions we had and helping us with any issues. The place was a nice distance from the centre, only a 15 minute metro ride away, and the neighbourhood felt quiet and secure. If we came to Milan, we’d definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was nice and clean exactly as in the photos, but what we didn't like was the approach of our host. We contacted him several times about the missing towels and soap, but we never received them either. The owner did respond to our request saying that he would solve it, but in the end we were forced to buy both things on our own. Another thing was that it was terribly hot inside the apartment (the thermometer showed 30 degrees all the time). The air conditioner is only in the bedroom, but we were forbidden to let it go below 25 degrees and it was also forbidden to open the windows. Except for the mentioned things, we were generally satisfied with our stay

A good stay in the apartment offered by Cleanbnb House. Easy to access, very good for 2 people. The only small drawback was that it was very hot. Fortunately, there was air conditioning in the bedroom. But it wouldn't be a bad idea to think about a fan in the living room and the kitchen. I recommend this accommodation.

We stayed at this facility for five days. The apartment is located in a quiet condominium a few steps away from various commercial activities. Getting around downtown was easy and immediate because of the subway stop. The house was a pleasant surprise. Clean and well furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need from the microwave oven coffee maker. The host assisted us throughout the stay by providing us with specific directions starting at check-in. The only thing I feel like doing is on the sofa bed that seemed uncomfortable to me. We'll be back.

The accommodation corresponded to the description and the price and everything was in order, access to the key box and from the accommodation was understandable. Near the subway station, cafes for breakfast and next to a vending machine for soft drinks. The kitchen equipment was sufficient, but we basically did not use it. The negative was that we were a family, three members, so we also paid for the accommodation and there were no hygiene items, towels or a prepared bed for 3 people. Despite the fact that we announced a late arrival after midnight, it was uncomfortable for us at 2.30 in the night due to a flight delay, we were tired to unfold the couch and look for bed linen... The host should pay attention in the future to how many people will arrive and warn cleaning service for a thorough job.

The space is easily accessible. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, it was 12 degrees Celsius and the heating wasn't working. The air-conditioning remote control was missing from the room, so we were unable to turn on the heating. When I asked for the remote control, I was told not to worry because the heating would be fixed, which never happened. In the end, they brought us the remote control, but the heating still didn't work, so we stayed only on the upper floor and ate in the room. Under the bed, it was as if it had never been vacuumed, and there were other problems in the room, such as a burnt-out light bulb in the bathroom, and the basin tap had got stuck, which meant we couldn't wash until the technician arrived.

On the day we arrived, it was very cold and the heating wasn’t working… The host was responsive and sorted out the problem the very next day. The listing was as described on the listing page. There are just a few things that could be improved, such as cleanliness. Nevertheless, the accommodation was pleasant for a few days' stay.

An apartment in a conveniently located area. A 5-minute walk from the metro, with on-street parking (around €10 per day). Baker's shop next to the front door. As discussed, the rooms consist of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a spacious bathroom. The sofa bed is somewhat less comfortable. The kitchen and dining table are located one floor down by the entrance, in a colder, darker room with a small kitchenette. Everything was fine, but based on the photos, I had expected something a bit more favourable. On the first early morning of our stay (three nights in late December), we unfortunately heard some noise from enthusiastic bakery staff (?) that woke us up. I had absolutely no problems at all for the next two nights. So perhaps it was a one-off incident. Self check-in and check-out, and easy and quick contact with the landlord, made it an excellent stay.

The apartment is cozy and clean and clean. There was a stove to heat the air and essential equipment for the kitchen (dishes, cutlery, etc.), although the pot was not suitable for the type of stove present and therefore to cook the pasta we had to use the frying pan. The hot water in the kitchen only worked the first night. It is really well connected to the center of Milan and also nearby there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The area is quiet. Overall, we had a good time and recommend it.

The temperature inside the airbnb in our first night was 19-20°, this was in late october, so naturally we wanted to get the heat going. After speaking to the host about the heat, we were told to "hold on a second" so they could ask somebody how to start the boiler, they never responded after that. From their point of view we could stay in cold, they couldn't care less. Not even a messege the next day, nothing. Also, in the house rules of the apartment is stated that there is an iron for clothes in the airbnb, after searching the apartment and we didn't find it, we contacted the host again. They responded that they will bring it and not to worry about it, of course they never brought it and we didn t get to iron our clothes the whole trip. Overall not a good experience at all

The place is beautiful and pleasant, on a quiet street and close to public transport. The landlord responded to our questions. There is air conditioning only on the top floor - in the bedrooms, and downstairs in the kitchen there is none.

I think the price reflected the value perfectly, the apartment was nice, although a bit more dark than it seemed on the pictures. The wednesday market was a surprise for sure, but the neighbourhood was quiet and the subway station is very close, so getting around wasn’t an issue. Overall good.

A perfectly located apartment - both in the building (ground floor and direct entrance) and in Milan (good transport connections). It is comfortable to use and the area is very pleasant and quiet. There are shops nearby and an interesting place for a walk. A street market is a great opportunity to buy fresh produce.
