Cozy apartment of 73 sqm, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a building with elevator (3 steps to access). The property is located in the southern area of Milan, a short distance from the Famagosta stop (M2 green line) and the external ring road from which buses 90 and 91 pass which connect the perimeter of the city. Going along viale Meda and then Corso S. Gottardo you can reach the Arco di Porta Ticinese and the Darsena in 20 minutes on foot.
The space
The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, single bed (cot), TV and mobile cooler;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, TV, dining table and split A/C;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, bathtub, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (one split in the kitchen and one in the room, a mobile cooler in the living room), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: there are 3 steps to reach the lift.
The mobile cooler cannot be moved.
The living room faces the street - possible noise.

It was a great stay, the apartment is large, exactly as advertised, everything very clean. It has a washing machine and clothesline on the balcony, a great amenity. Tram line 3 passes in front of the house, and for places it doesn't go to, there are stops very close by. There is a Carrefour Express about 100 meters away and a great pizzeria for delivery about 80 meters away.

The apartment was spacious and very clean and well furnished. Located not too far from the centre, it is very good value for money. Only downside: the ceiling lamp that doesn't work well in the bedroom.

Too bad the living room window couldn't open and the dishwasher was out of order. However, since our luggage had been lost, fortunately there was shower gel and laundry available!

Large apartment with all the necessities. The apartment was dusty when we found it. The shower did not work properly, you could not change the position and the jet was minimal. If you use the bath, you automatically get the bathroom floor wet. The bed was very nice in it. You could hear the tram mainly from the living room, in the bedroom you couldn't hear it. The metro and tram are within walking distance. Furthermore, we had a nice stay and enjoyed Milan.

The apartment was not cleaned - all the appliances were sticky and most of them did not work (coffee maker, stove, microwave). Some of the light bulbs were not working and neither was the air conditioner (my husband managed to turn it on but with difficulty). If you wanted to take a shower, you could not adjust the water flow in the shower cabin, it fell on a very high wall, and in the bathtub the bathroom would flood immediately. It was a big problem to take a shower, so. There was a construction site nearby and a restaurant on the ground floor, so starting at 6 am it was very noisy. The tram also passes by on the street. The most unpleasant experience remains the fact that, when I wanted to sit on a kitchen chair, it collapsed without any resistance. I assume that its leg was already broken and it was just propped up, defective, without anyone checking. I reported to the host that I had hurt myself when I fell off the trap chair and after a while he replied just that he was sorry.
