The apartment is nice and new, but absolutely unsuitable in terms of services. It is specified that a phone with an internet connection is required for access to the apartment and there are no emergency keys in the apartment in case the power goes out. The assistance is until 10 pm, so if something happens after that, there is no way to contact anyone. It is not mentioned that there are stairs to access. When we arrived in the evening, we noticed that the lights in the living room and hallway were not working and the living room shutter was broken and open. There is NOTHING in the house, only towels and sheets. There are no tea towels in the kitchen, there are no napkins, there was not even a coffee maker (in any case, there are only 2 cups, despite the apartment accommodating up to 4 people). We were offered the delivery of the moka 2 days after check-in (as well as the day before check-out).

Beside some issues at check-in, the apartment is really nice. It's one of the few that actually has a full set up for longer stays with basic amenities like a good selection of pots n pans and few cooking basics. I wish hosts would go back to the great habit of leaving at least one bottle of water for guest when they arrive for a long journey. The location is really nice, 1 min walk from an amazing park and lot of restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby. Metro station however is pretty far away. Easy to park in the morning/afternoon lil harder in the evening/night. Really happy with my stay here!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
