-BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, access to the terrace.
-BATHROOM II with bidet and shower cubicle and washing machine.
- Perimeter TERRACE of 15sqm.
Underfloor central heating, split air conditioning in bedroom and living room, unlimited wifi.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

I recommend this place, as the apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. We had aircons in each room, dishwasher, washing machine, smart tv and fast wifi which was all very useful. There are utensils, oven and a big fridge with freezer but no microwave, which I didn't miss personally. Also a huge balcony facing to a private garden. The area is green and walkable, 20 mins to Duomo by public transportation, very nice and relaxing after a vibrant day in the city. Very good connections to metro and greco pirelli train. Also you have cafe, pizza restaurant and bakery in walking distance, as well as a nicely stocked Aldi and Carrefour supermarket. Check in and check out was easy, flexible, communication was always prompt and polite, friendly.

A very nice and beautiful Airbnb in a quiet area with accessible transport. We really liked how much space there was inside, with a convenient kitchen, a living room with a TV, a shower, and a bedroom with a balcony. Everything we needed was provided. The host was very nice and friendly 😌

The flat was a short walk from the Metro station and easy to find. We were met by the friendly host who showed us around. Spacious flat for two. Terrace was good but could have had some seating to enjoy the space. Bed settee a bit uncomfortable to sit on. However. Outweighed by the cleanliness and welcoming friendly host. We would definitely stay again and fully recommend. Good easy communications to centre of Milan and all the sites. Supermarkets, cafe’s and fantastic restaurants nearby especially the Tizio e Caio. Sad to leave.
