The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building with lift located in a residential area of the Precotto district of Milan and overlooks the shared garden. The property is located in a strategic position to reach Monza and the center of Milan (via underground or suburban trains from Greco Pirelli).
Free street parking (not guaranteed).
Internally, the space is organized as follows:
-LIVING AREA divided between a relaxation area with a double sofa bed and a 32'' Smart TV and an open kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a traditional oven, a dishwasher. Access to the terrace
-BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, access to the terrace.
-BATHROOM II with bidet and shower cubicle and washing machine.
- Perimeter TERRACE of 15sqm.
Underfloor central heating, split air conditioning in bedroom and living room, unlimited wifi.

In general, I really liked the accommodation and the location, it was close to the subway. The host took very good care of me, he let me check in early and also check out a little late. The apartment is very well equipped, it has a large bathroom, bed and sofa bed, washing machine, iron and other things that made our stay easier, I recommend it and would stay there again.
