Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

First step inside the house and there was cigarettes buds on the floor. They brought cleaners 2h after I already checked in and had my stuff everywhere. garbage everywhere. Shoes and hand marks on the walls. The Wi-Fi worked only if you are 10cm away from the router which I didn’t even use my whole stay there. The AC was unbelievably awful and it didn’t work as it should and also it was located up top the bathroom?? And it didn’t reach my bed. Cockroaches near my headrest on the bed. Mosquitos squashed on the walls. The toilet is horrendously small and no HOT WATER.. the water pressure was awful, water dripped everywhere, u can’t flash the toilet without getting toilet water on yourself. There was empty soap bottles on the shower floor. There wasn’t a freaking garbage place for the trash, the noises from the trap every 12min made me feel like I was in war. If you truly don’t care about your mental health then go head a book that place..

a lot of noise was passing the subway the cold salt water el lavaplatos se tapaba el lavamanos se tapaba under the bed full of dust and dirt an absurd fee for the little space that had the very small bed
