We really liked this appartment especially the location was great. If you are sensitiv to loud noises I would recommend booking the appartment in the second floor.

Very clean and tidy. Everything in the accommodation was set up to make it easy to check in and use the facilities, such as the air conditioning, shower and coffee machine. Clear rules and very good communication.

One of our favourite places we stayed during our Europe trip. Such a great location for wandering around the city and lovely Lisbon suburbs. The room was clean, comfortable and had a great shower and bathroom. It was a bit noisy as we were on the bottom floor by the front door which we could hear opening and closing a lot, but it didn’t bother us too much. Would recommend!

The place is fine, but it doesn't match at all with the photos they show. I understand that we have been given another apartment. It was well located and although it was small it was not bad. But still I can't give it 5 stars because it was a totally different apartment to the one the photos showed, if I had actually seen it I'm not sure if I had chosen this place instead of another.

+ Cute and very clean place. Central area, with everything just a few meters away (metro, bars, restaurants, supermarkets). Communication with Filipa was great. The room had everything you need: shampoo, towels, coffee machine, kettle. The directions and information on the site are perfect, contain everything you would like and should know. Great job. - Queen bed consisting of two mattresses joined, uncomfortable. I think they should be changed, because turning the risk of ending up in the middle of the bed. You could hear too much noise from the front door.

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience, the place is in a good position, but the positives end up here. Absolutely impossible to sleep and rest due to the noisy main door and lack of sound insulation. It is as if there were no walls. I saw that the issue had already been reported by other guests in the reviews on various platforms but the host does not seem at all willing to remedy the issue. The excuse is New Year's Eve, the street, the other guests, the truth is that the access system to the door should be changed, making the opening and closing quieter and the rooms should be soundproofed. Also poor cleanliness and usual furnishings, mold in the bathroom. I'm sorry to leave a negative review but we really felt mocked (I requested a refund for the blank nights, not agreed upon). Somewhat serious and professional.

The stay at the Music Guest House was perfect. The location was close to tourist areas and moved streets with shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. Our room was in perfect condition, everything was clean and beautiful.

The location is excellent and communication with the hosts was excellent. We asked to leave our luggage and the request was answered in the affirmative, helped us with the bags and answered us really quickly throughout our stay. The price is very worth compared to the prices in Lisbon, we got a private room with a toilet and a good shower. Everything was great

Perfect place to stay for my boyfriend and I when visiting Lisbon. Would highly recommend this area for the lovely bars, restaurants and brunch spots very close by. Also close to the train station for when we moved on to the second part of our holiday. The accommodation was small but had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean! It was also cleaned daily which we really appreciated.

We had booked at the base for 2 nights , and we finally extended 1 more week, and filipa was ultra responsive , found us another room in the complex very quickly , everything was very easy thanks to it We really recommend it! Ideally located , the street is quiet despite everything , nothing to say! It was perfect

Had an excellent time in Lisbon, made easier thanks to Filipa - the guest house was great, and we were able to amend the check-in time to suit an earlier flight. The location was perfect, close to bars and restaurants in the historic area - the accommodation met our expectations and was clean and easy to find, perfect for a short city break.

The rooms are nicely decorated but our first one was on the ground floor right next to the entry, which had a loud buzz every time the door opened. It felt like people in the hall and street were right in our room. The bathroom was barely big enough to turn in and also felt like it was right in the room. Every time the people upstairs used the plumbing, it rattled in our ceiling for a while. Filipa was happy to give us an upstairs room for our third night and I appreciated that very much, but the street noise was still so loud that we hardly slept. At almost midnight one night people up the street started chanting and drumming. It was like Mardi Gras, which might have been fun if we didn’t have to get up for an early train the next morning.

Accommodation is very well located in Bairro Alto and is a good starting point for activities. The room meets the expectations you have from the pictures. Check-in is very easy and convenient.

The room was lovely and clean. Directions easy to follow and easy to access. Unfortunately we were in the downstairs room and it was incredibly noisy with people coming and going. We were also unfortunate that there was some building work being carried out opposite. So not a relaxing stay, which is a shame as we were only visiting Lisbon for three nights. Filipa did offer to swap our room, but we had already decided to book somewhere else for the remainder of our stay.

The music theme was very cute and we had a great private room. I loved that there was a little coffee machine and a TV. The bed was good. The shower has great pressure. The lighting was very nice.

Super response time. Our original booking with another company was cancelled as we were taking off for Europe. We did not have a place to stay when we arrived in Lisbon. Filipa got back to us so quickly and all our stress was gone. Thank you so much Filipa!!

Filipa is an exceptional host. She responds immediately to all questions, is very precise in her explanations and patient, and asks for feedback even immediately after check-in. Unfortunately, the room is not on the same level. The location is excellent, in a quiet area close to Barrio Alto and the historic centre, all within a 10-15 minute walk (all uphill!!). The room is cosy. It's a pity the beds are separate, but the mattress and pillow are very comfortable. The drawback is that there is no wardrobe or suitcase stand! There are only 3 clothes hangers. The bathroom is the problem: there are stains and cracks on the shower and floors, which were not reported. The shower is huge and very comfortable, while the sink, on the other hand, is tiny and uncomfortable because the water runs off easily. We noticed that the cleaning at the weekend is done very superficially, but it is much better during the week. I recommend it even though the value for money is not the best.

The apartment is very well located. It's in pristine condition. only downsides: * We were on the ground floor; There is no curtain at the windows; which forced us to close the shutters to avoid the view of passersby * Annoying noise (pump??) when another flat was using water

We had an excellent few days in Lisbon! The location is excellent, and the service is extremely friendly. They provided us with information and a guide to brunch spots and restaurants, which was a huge bonus! I definitely recommend it.

Very nice stay at the Music Guest House. We were able to enjoy a morning check-in and were able to leave our luggage on the day of departure. The guesthouse is very well located in Lisbon, everything is on foot. Hotel room with coffee machine kettle, modern bathroom, much appreciated daily cleaning service. Ingenious system of a code to access the room and building that is given before the stay for self check-in.

Filipa helped us out very spontaneously, because our other host didn’t show up. The location is perfect everything is in walkable distance. The room is totally new, and you have everything you need. the room was on ground floor level, which is why we kept the window blinds closed. You can feel that’s not a private airbnb but professional, more like a hotel and overall 100€/night is a bit pricey :)
